Room was fine, building was modern, nice pool area, good spot near the city.

Room wasn’t ready. Room rate was wrong, had to argue. Won’t take cash.

My recent stay at this hotel offered plenty of room to relax—with exceptionally large rooms and a convenient small kitchen that came in handy for quick meals. One practical note for future guests: our room developed an occasional odour that the staff explained was coming from the adjacent car park, so if you get a chance, ask for a room located further away from that area. Parking is available at an extra cost through a public car park next door. We found that contacting the car park directly allowed us to purchase a multi-day pass at a fraction of what the hotel was offering. The little touches really made a difference, including delightful artwork by school students and the use of Who Gives a Crap toilet paper, adding a unique and thoughtful detail to the overall experience. Additionally, with a variety of eating options conveniently located around the hotel, dining was never an issue. Overall, it was a lovely stay marked by great location, friendly staff, and practical amenities—just a few tweaks and this hotel could be even better.

Photos used to advertise this property are very incorrect. This hotel is dated. Terrible shower water pressure. Kitchen had no glasses for drinking water and only 1 mug.

Was good for the price. Studio room had king and single bed with good space. Receptionist was very helpful.

I loved it and will stay again

Location for free Springhill loop bus was excellent. Property is tired and not well cleaned or maintained. Only 1 lift is problematic.

Spacious rooms with kitchenette. Handy place to eat downstairs and gym just down the road. Loved the outdoor swimming pool too.

I THINK THE ROOM COULD HAVE BEEN SERVICED A LOT BETTER.

Cups and glasses were filthy. People sitting outside entrance drinking made me feel unsafe. Also I accidently booked incorrect dates. Neither Wotif or PuntHill returned my emails or were interested in assisting.

Would not stay there ever - received an electric shock when I plugged my phone charger into a faulty power point.

Toilet bowl had dirty stains and I informed the front desk which he came to clean right away. The shower area was filthy with hair and mold!!! Really was disgusting. I could not shower the following day. But the aircon works. And the kitchen sink was dirty too.

Everything was good, thank you so very much.

Our stay was great, the room was clean and tidy, great use of communication and we will definitely be staying here again.
