clean room, friendly staff, beautiful view

Quiet and clean rooms, good breakfast and great views of the mountain and slooes

Breakfast was delicious! The host, Juniper was very friendly and good with communication throughout our stay. The shared area had a great view and a nice atmosphere with the fireplace gas heater. Good selection of games and a tv too. The heated room for drying our ski gear was very handy and appreciated after a rainy day on the slopes. Probably the only downside is that you can hear your neighbours a bit as the walls aren’t very thick, but apart from that nothing but good things to say!

Room Was clean and comfortable with excellent mountain view. But was a bit too small and abit outdated

Great stay and the Manager Juniper was fantastic. Nothing was a problem and responded straight way.

This is styled on an Alpine chalet with a dining room that is open all day with free tea & coffee. Breakfast is delicious. Room comfy and spacious. Parking easy.

Site manager was excellent. He was informative and knowledgeable about the area.

Fab was a great host; shared local knowledge to climb Mt Kosciusko and delicious breakfast! The warming port at the end of the day was also terrific. Rooms warm and cosy.

Beautiful outlook, cosy modern room, friendly people, fabulous breakfast. Perfect place for a couples getaway. Fab and Andrew were friendly, helpful and lovely.

Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Thredbo and surrounds! The room was beautiful, toasty, clean and had epic views. The check in process was seamless and I was messaged all instructions in advance. I visited with my partner for his birthday and asked if there was something they could do as a welcome surprise. We went into the room with a personalised Happy Birthday note and a mini bottle of sparkling wine! The owner Fab was very friendly, she welcomed my partner and I on our first morning with breakfast that she made from scratch! We were able to pick from a menu and the food was beautiful. We will definitely be coming back. Could not recommend this place enough!

Fab was the most amazing host! The rooms were well maintained, the common areas were clean and quiet, the location is great and the breakfast was a treat (fresh baked bread a winner) Fabs knowledge of the area was impressive, and she was so helpful with ideas for us to plan our days, during our time at Pure Chalet. Thoroughly recommend for a relaxing weekend away!

Room was not amazing (was small), but it was clean and the area, hosts, and breakfast were more than amazing! Parking space was tight. It is not handicap accessible (as far as I could tell). There were a number of stairs to get to the chalet. Thanks for the great advice and cook to order breakfast! Loved staying with you all!

We loved our visit to Pure Chalet. Check-in arrangements were really clear, easy and convenient. It’s in a great location for Thredbo village. Everything was beautifully clean and well maintained. Fab was a wonderful host and breakfast was amazing! Highly recommended

Pure Chalet is the best place I’ve stayed in Thredbo. It is first class luxury and Fab is an amazing host, we felt very spoilt ! We will definitely be back and highly recommend if you are after a friendly and relaxed stay with affordable luxury accommodation.

Absolutely thrilled with my recent stay, From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the fabulous hosts who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The room was immaculate, with all the comforts one could ask for, and the location was ideal for exploring the ski fields. What truly made this experience exceptional was the hosts' attention to detail and their genuine hospitality. They provided excellent recommendations, were always available for any needs, and made me feel right at home. I can’t recommend this place enough—definitely a stay to remember!
