員工服務接待超棒；房間就可以看到海景，但不是第一排；走路就可以到海邊；大廳、餐廳都有渡假感；唯一的小缺點是浴室小一點

Poor facility & unfriendly staff

我人比較保守，可能這種新潮酒店不太適合我。登記入住時候前台服務員感覺給我太隨意，講話方式讓人感覺輕佻，沒有把我當成客人看待。浴室洗澡地台洗澡時候會漏水到浴室其他地方。酒店大堂播放的音樂太大聲。入住期間早上有服務員搞錯房間，說收到要求要來拿行李到大堂，但對方知道搞錯後並沒有道歉，只是草草笑了一下便離開。總的來說酒店的服務員，包括前台，都沒有預期的禮貌和服務態度。

Great location

Stayed there with my young son. Felt really safe and great amenities. Best service I have had in ages from Denise when we checked in. Would recommend to anyone.

Staff were friendly and the room was tidy and clean

I specifically booked there so we had a balcony/ocean view, and paid decent money to do so. We were told upon arrival that all balconies were locked due to maintenance. We got 2x standard drink vouchers for the inconvenience. I expect better from a hotel that’s meant to be quality.

We had five nights in a suite and were very disappointed on check in to find balconies were all closed off atm. We wanted some fresh air and to sit there. The bed was really too soft, might be getting a bit old? The bathroom was nice and big and had a second toilet. View was good. We also found the sitting room seating very uncomfortable and low, and no relaxing place to sit. Ok for one night or so. We had a bag of things in a cupboard under the sink, to keep out of the way and some bread, and we were shocked that the cleaner took them one day!, so told hotel, and they have now posted back the travel bag full of bits and pieces, thankfully. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Position is very good.

운이 없게도 여행기간 동안 날씨가 좋지 않아 호텔에 머무르는 시간이 길었어요. 룸은 대체적으로 청결했고 침대도 넓고 편안했어요. 부대시설도 잘 갖춰져 있었고 직원들은 친절했어요. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 방음이 좋지 않아 복도를 따라 객실로 이동하는 숙박객들의 소리가 크게 들렸고 특히 조용한 밤엔 큰 소리에 자다가 깨기도했어요 저희방이 엘리베이터 내려 바로 보이는 두번째 방이었는데, 소음에 민감하신 분들은 조금 더 안쪽으로 요청하면 좋을것 같아요. 소음 문제 빼고는 만족스런 호텔이었어요

The Japanese restaurant is incredible

Everything was great, the staff in particular were so helpful and friendly. I was there for a week and was always greeted with a smile. The facilities are clean and comfortable, and having the tram only a few minutes walk away was very handy indeed. The only minor 'grumble' was that the mini bar fridge was so well stocked, there was little room to add anything I bought elsewhere. I would happily return, no questions about it.

Lovely our stay. Great views. Great bar and restaurant especially Tamagen. But a shame the hammam is not public.

Nice pool, great styling, pillows and bedding

This is my second time here. Very close to the beach so the walk is easy and enjoyable. Rooms are fitted with ample lighting, heating/air conditioning and TV that I can chromcast to watch whatever I want. Free wifi for the kids. The pool/hot tub is clean and the area is beautifully presented and perfect for everyone. Bar and big screen which makes for great game nights. Buffet breakfast was great and well worth the extra to have all the options. Highly recommend, will stay again
