Spent 3 nights in Qualia during our visit to Great Barrier Reef. The staffs were generally friendly and helpful. Dinner in the long pavilion was awesome but be prepared for its high price. Taste menu is highly recommended. Overall speaking it's definitely a 5 star resort. However, with the money you spent ( at least 1250 USD per night, half board), you will surely expect something more unique and personal.

Excellent hotel, very Fancy one!, the hotel staff is amazing Sara, Pauline, Rafael !!! Just to see the coral reef, snorkeling and the whitehaven beach !!! Is one extreme experience!!

Overall a great stay. Some issues with our room were dealt with by the manager at the end of our stay professionally. Staff around the pool and occasionally at breakfast are a little slow, forget orders and do not meet the highest expectations you would want given the price point of this hotel.

곳곳에 도마뱀이 나와서 자주 놀랐습니다. 놀랍도록 벌레가 많습니다.. 샤워중에 남자 스탭이 직접 문을 열고 들어와서 놀랐습니다. 퀄리아에서는 방해금지라고 체크가 안되어있었다고 하네요..따로 방해금지 태그를 걸 수 있는 것도 아닙니다. 표시등이 있다는데 체크인때 전혀 이야기를 듣지 못했습니다. 못들었다 했더니 너무 많은 정보를 알려드려모르는것같다 이러시네요… 이게 말입니까 ? 저녁 7시에 숙소에 들어와 있으면서도 스탭이 들어올걸 생각해야하는지요? 돈은 다른 리조트보다 몇배나 사용했지만 불면증과 트라우마를 남겨준 여행이었습니다. I was often surprised to see lizards all over the place. Amazingly buggy. I was surprised that the male staff personally opened the door in the shower and came in. In Qualia, it wasn't checked as no interference. It's not like you can put a no interference tag on it. I didn't hear anything at all when I checked in. I told you that, and you said it seems like you don't know because you gave me so much information... What do you mean? Am I supposed to think about having staff when I come in at 7 p.m.? I spent more than I did at other resorts, but it left me with insomnia and trauma.

Beautiful location and blended into the natural setting. Staff was very attentive and anticipated one's needs. Food was excellent especially the breakfasts.

スタッフの方がいつも笑顔で接していただき、送迎等を含めてサービス全般について満足しました。 部屋からの眺望もよく静かで落ち着いた空間に癒されることができました。 島全体が１つの商業エリアとして機能していることもあって物価は高めであるとは思いました。

Without question, one of the best resorts in terms of staff and service. Everyone was dedicated to making our stay perfect and they succeeded. Qualia is a beautiful resort with great rooms and beautiful property but the staff make it outstanding. Don’t miss the trip to Whitehaven and Hill inlet. Food was excellent-enjoyed the daily breakfast which they will customize to your liking. We will definitely go back if we make it back to Australia.

Qualia muss man erleben! wunderschöne Anlage mit exklusiven großzügigen Villen mit eigenem Clubcar mit dem man die Insel erkunden kann,schöner Strand/ Poolbereich mit Wassersportmöglichkeiten die inklusive sind ,hier die wirklich engagierte superfreundliche Mia zu erwähnen! sehr angenehm der turn down service wo es Tee und Duftlämpchen gibt, sehr wohltuend für den Gast! 2 kleine Minuspunkte: Frühstück etwas chaotisch, Kaffee kommt nicht, Bestellungen werden verwechselt oder vergessen, jeden Tag die gleiche Frage nach Allergien.... Check in zunächst von Hamilton super freundlich, dann leider Mrs Holli arrogant ,fast feindselig und unterkühlt und emotionslos. Wir verlängerten den Aufenthalt dort für 2 Tage- kein freundliches Wort, dafür gleich die Summe und Aufforderungen der Kreditkarte, schade!!! Immerhin sind wir der zahlende Gast und hätte uns über ein paar warme Worte gefreut.Abgesehen davon, alles top!

We recently spent 3 nights at Qualia Resort in early February 2024. The resort was breathtaking! We absolutely loved the staff and our Pavilion was extraordinary! We planned a fantastic excursion to the Great Barrier Reef via helicopter with a brief stop on Whitsunday Island's Whitehaven Beach. The resort has their own helipad. This resort is impeccable in every way and we cannot wait to return!
