No elevator…. Need to drag two big luggages up to the third floor… The room reminded me of the college dorm… definitely won’t visit again.

房間有點舊及燈光不足，由於用上了紅色窗簾，會令房間顯得有點陰森。 空間充裕，有小露台，可遠眺山上小屋群，風景不錯。 房間的收費小食和免費提供的樽裝水、咖啡及荼包等放在同一位置，亦沒仔細列明那一項是收費或免費，容易令人混淆，建議取用時先跟職員確認。

Good location and easy to find. However, the car park is limited and need to go there earlier. The room is clean but a bit old.

The hotel is very dated. The room I stayed in has 70s furniture and the ugliest headboard I’ve ever seen. The blanket had a musty smell to it. There are no elevators so if you’re on 2nd or 3rd floor you have to carry your heavy luggage up. Not very handicap friendly. The breakfast is overpriced.

Our room had an extra bed but that meant it was pretty cramped to walk around. Good shower with nice hot water!

Wir haben uns leider von der auf der Buchungsplatform abgebildetes Hotelfassade blenden lassen. Unser Zimmer befand sich in einem separaten Gebäudeteil im hinteren Grundstücksbereich. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, so dass wir unser Gepäck die zwei Etagen hochschleppen mussten. Dieses Gebäude macht einen doch sehr verwohnten Eindruck. Das Zimmer war jedoch soweit in Ordnung. Die Parkplatzsituation ist eine Katastrophe: Die Parkbuchten sind viel zu eng, insbesondere wg der viel zu großen Pick-ups, so dass wir am Morgen unseren Pkw nur mit fremder Hilfe und unter größten Schwierigkeiten ausparken konnten. Es gibt eine Gäste-Wäscherei, für die das Hotel jedoch viel zu hohe Kosten geltend machte. Das Personal am Empfangstresen war für verschiedene Fragen schlecht geschult. Insgesamt waren wir sehr unzufrieden mit dem Hotel.

The Hotel is looking it's age and the room was dated. The bathroom has no exhaust fan and the Shower Tiles are very slippery, also the passages leading to the rooms are poorly lit.

Room comfy, bit of a climb up the stairs, good off street parking, nice little pub attached

One of the oldest hotels in Launceston, with very friendly staff, who were eager to assist us. Our room was clean and suited our needs. Walking distance from many attractions in Launceston.

Clean rooms but have a lingering musty/smoke smell. Feng Shui of the bathroom is off with weirdly positioned toilet. Toilet amenities, fluffy white towels and tea/ coffee sachets provided. Housekeeping "forgot" to do the rooms on the Monday. Reverse aircon available. Room had a pesky mosquito. Motel feel with ground floor noises from cars parking, people dragging suitcases. If you have heavy bags pre-request ground floor as no lifts or ramps for suitcases. Well located and quirky facade.
