Clean and well kept property in Alice Springs and certainly better than some other properties I have stayed at for comparable money. Front desk is manned all night so if you arrive late, no worries. There is an excellent Korean (Simply Korean) restaurant a 5 min walk.

Our main problem with the Quest was that it was too far from town with few options for transport and no dining on the property. It was too hot in Alice Springs to walk back and forth to town for each meal. We cut our stay short for that reason.

The hotel receptionist was wonderful and helped me with several things I needed. The room was very clean and quiet. Across the street is a nice walking trail and it's close to a couple of restaurants, within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay.

It was fine. Modern, clean room. Free shared laundry room. The "studio apartment" was a small room with minimal kitchenette. We were without a car, so the walk back and forth to the town centre in the heat seemed far.

Quiet location. 10 minutes from the main square

Very comfortable room in quiet location. Safe & secure (with security fence). Good to have free laundry, helpful front desk. Shame there's no lift. Car parking was tight! Probably want to drive if going out in the evenings.

Room was great. Comfy, good facilities, quiet.

We had a lovely quiet room. The girl on the front desk was very helpful. However the room was very average. Awful old bed. Shower was filthy. Bathroom door very squeaky.

It lived up to past Quest experiences

The apartments were clean and more expansive than I’d even expected - living room, kitchen, washer/dryer. The staff was very helpful. The property it gated at night. We did a tour from here and it was easy to get picked up right outside. The riverbed across the street seems potentially walkable though we didn’t try it.

Reception was excellent and always helpful. The property needs a bit of attention to detail (showers ) and be aware of residents noise at night time

Has everything you need. Property is at The Gap, just out of the town centre. The only fault I can pick is with the particular room I had. Room 7B is located over the front entrance to the property. After hours there is a gate that guests open for entry to the property. The gate itself is noisy but also guests often linger in the area, talking at 3am after a night out. I’m sure most rooms at the property are fine but those over that entrance might be disturbed, particularly on the weekends.

We are looking at staying there again soon

Nice clean property with friendly staff. About 20 minutes walk from the town centre.

Check in and out were easy and friendly. Clean, quiet and safe. Easy walk to town.

Really comfortable and clean, service was also great

Had laundry and a pool, good parking. Was very quiet and well priced, Had fridge ,stove and microwave. Liked the walk in shower. A good stay.
