The staff were nice and the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. However, the showers were very slippery and dangerous for the elderly. The verandah was very dirty, full of leaves. I asked for a broom and swept it up myself, but it needed a good mop. Overall a good stay for the 4 nights.

Paper thin walls. Not enough disabled parking spaces (there is only 1). Limited parking (which is disclosed), but hard to get out of the parking if they’re all full. Park on street at own peril.

Great after hours check in experience. Nice and clean and spacious although it’s a bit tired. View from window was a wall 2ft away. Car parks are tight but it does its job. Conveniently located

Check in was simple, staff member did her job and check in swift. Overall the place was quiet, except for when the heavy entry doors slam shut in what feels like of all the rooms nearby waking me many times. Good that the carpark gates close of an evening for added security. Rooms a little more dated than photos show. Got a room with entirely opaque windows and covered in trees so no light coming through at all. Surely you would keep this room for a heavily discounted stay? Upon check out, arrived at 7.00am to check out as 2 hour drive ahead of me, sign on door says open at 7am. A different receptionist from the one at check in strolled on in at 7.12am to open reception, coffee in hand and no care in the world or apology for being late, given there were multiple clients waiting and some before me had already left after waiting too. Clearly had time to stop for a coffee instead of working leaving me arriving late to a business appointment (could not check out earlier and could not locate a safe drop for card). Made an average stay that little bit more average. Likely would not stay again.

Always consistent at this hotel

Parking was ok but we were told there was not enough parking for everyone when fully booked. We only stayed the one night and we walked to our event/shops etc so wasn't a problem.

Room was excellent. Staff were welcoming and courteous

Beautiful room.

The staff were very friendly. The room was lovely and clean.

The bed was a pair of single beds pushed together. The beds were very mismatched with a hard base from one of the beds running along the middle. Very uncomfortable.

Good room but shower door stuck and was hard to open and close without forcing it.

Got over charged through Hotels.com Not really worth $$ per night. Apart from that was ok.

Good location. I Bedroom apartment good. I didn't like the shower over bath. Couches uncomfortable.

Clean, comfortable rooms, plentyy of space & facilities in room

The water was only warm for our entire stay. We asked for it to be looked into however it didn’t change.

Easily able to walk into city to visit attractions. Plenty of close-by eateries. Rooms clean and well serviced with excellent sound insulation. Sufficient parking. Recommend.

I didn’t like paying 369 for a ground floor tired grubby urinal smelling room with a view or fake grass and a wall
