1) We have several occasions to book hotel rooms through the hotel.com web page. We have the experience that the quality of hotel rooms are lower if we book rooms through hotel.com. For example, the hotel room booked through hotel.com are normally (i) in lower floor level; (ii) the room normally facing street / car park, which is more noisy; (iii) locality of room is remote from the lift, which we have to walk a long distance to the room. This is the first time that gave us such impression but we always have that impression. 2) We called to the front desk staff stating that we would like to borrow scissors. The staff replied that she could borrow it to us but stating that there is no manpower to deliver the scissors to our room and she could not leave the front desk because she was on duty at that time. In turn, she requested us to go to the front desk to collect the scissors by ourselves. However, after we have finished the conversation with the front desk staff, my daughter immediately went to the front desk to collect the scissors but nobody was there at that time. My daughter has waited there for five minutes but still cannot see the front desk staff.

Nice kitchen however not knowing the breakfast options were closed for 5 days left us ill prepared for self care as groceries and full breakfast prep were not part of our plans. Also NO healthy options nearby! Small refrigerator could not accommodate anyone for a days groceries breakfast items! REFUND/DISCOUNT ? Contractually they dropped the ball and shrugged their shoulders! Never mind the TV didn’t work! Quest …, can do better!

The room was amazing it had everything we needed travelling with our 10m baby. Staff were super friendly and helpful! Fantastic facilities and spacious room with all the bells and whistles.

Ideal for families. Close to everything, secure parking and in-house breakfast was very convenient.

Plenty of parking. Stayed here a few times, always a easy check in. Always found room to be clean and neat.

The staff we're very welcoming and friendly. There room was clean and tidy with a comfy bed that was needed after a long day on the road. Heaps of parking available. We stayed here twice on this trip, on the way north then again heading back. Planning the next trip for November and will definitely stay again. Also pet friendly which is super handy. Plenty of food options close by, the Greek was so good we chose to eat there at both stays.
