location is perfect. near bus stop, but little noisy at night

Canberra is like a building site and ghost town EVERYWHERE at the moment with the new tram line being built so very unattractive and not a good time to visit. On first arrival at hotel, the reception smelt of cigarette smoke and the lift was out of action so not a good first impression however once on the first floor it was a totally different feel and my room (single studio) was modern, clean and perfect for my stay. The next day, the smell of cigarettes had disappeared from reception and all the reception staff I encountered were very friendly and extremely helpful throughout my stay. An asset to Quest.

I guess a combination of things made this stay just average. Roadworks around the hote and the lift was not working, two items that should have been communicated. We had the 90 gran that would have struggled with stairs.. as it was she was ill at last m

I stayed only one night, checking out the following morning. The room and building felt tired and in need of a fresh coat of paint, but were otherwise warm and comfortable. Unfortunately, in the morning there was no hot water for a shower. I tried calling reception from the room phone, but no one answered. As I was in a rush to attend a function, I had to wash as best I could over the sink — which was also partially blocked and drained very slowly. I reported these issues to reception on check-out and was told someone would get back to me, but no one did. Sadly, I can’t give this stay a good rating.

It was close to the bus station and the Canberra Theatre Centre. Although there was construction work nearby it was quiet.

My recent stsy i had some health issues arise and the staff were so flexible with dealing and handling my situation, i thank them so much for keeping me safe in these times, it dhowed me decent human still exsist in our fast paced world

Very conveniently located in the heart of the CBD. Easy access to pubs and restaurants. Smooth and friendly check-in. Room was clean and tidy. Some late night weekend noise from nearby pubs but, overall, we enjoyed our weekend at Quest Canberra.

Check-in staff was very kind. Room was spacious. Water was off in the morning because of construction issues (not the hotel's fault) and they were very helpful in getting everything sorted and keeping us informed.

We loved the proximity to Jolimont Centre where we caught a bus from early the next morning Also the choice of restaurants in the area Mama’s Trattoria 2 sore up was excellent

The reception staff were extremely helpful.

Centrally located to many venues and restaurants. Soacious and clean. Very helful and friendly staff. When my clothes dryer broke down, the staff member dried my clothes in another dryer and delivered back to my room. No fuss. I will stay again. Highly recommended.

Room decor was quite tired

This was a spacious and clean apartment. The staff were polite and helpful and the location was surrounded by a great variety of restaurants

Spacious, tasteful studio apartment with big outdoor terrace attached. Very comfortable stay and so convenient to many restaurants. 1 less star for cleanliness as they didn’t service the room on Sunday. Enjoyed our stay

Great position

Sehr gute Lage! Parkplätze direkt hinter dem Hotel. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zimmer war mehr oder weniger sauber. Die Fensterrahmen müssten dringend abgestaubt werden. Die Dusche: eher schmuddelig! Fugen gelb/schwarz (Schimmel?). Der Boden fleckig. Das WC: gröber venachlässigt. Schwarzer Schimmel! Siehe Foto!

Our room was lovely with a balcony and full kitchen. There was parking across the road for $15 a day. Very central to everything.
