nice location and staff friendly

Really helpful staff. Understood our needs. Looked after us. Couldn’t fault the room in any way.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, not just the reception but the cleaners, the maintenance guys, everyone. Special mention to Spike, the four-legged receptionist, who was very happy to greet me with a very waggy tail as he went for a walk!

Friendly staff, bright clean apartment with lots of amenities

I really enjoyed my stay. The receptionist was very helpful and attentive. The room was clean , no odd smells and well furnished. highly recommend.

People working there were great and the room was spacious. Killed one roach. Location was lousy.

Staff very friendly, onsite laundry facilities at no charge for studios,

They were inflexible regarding checkout time when we told them that we had a flight to Perth at 6:30 they would only extend the time by 1 hour to 11:00.As this was our fourth stay with the company and would have expected more consideration in this regard.

I cannot recommend Quest Cannon Hill enough, I have stayed here a couple of times now when visiting Brisbane and I am always so impressed by the customer service and and quality of rooms. Perfect for a long stay, excellent facilities and great staff. I would like to give an extra shout out to Courtney for her care while staying at the hotel and say Well done on the implementation of accessibility aids to ensure all visitors are cared for during their stay.

Clean easy parking

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Very clean and attractive amenity that’s easy to find. Staff were absolutely outstanding in their communication and helpfulness.

Amazing. Clean rooms, convenient location. Plenty of shops near by and good foos options.

The apartment was still noisy with traffic and also guests next door. but nice apartment.

Reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The studio apartment was clean and very comfortable. An excellent place to stay for our last-minute 3 day visit to Brisbane.
