房間不清潔，桌上大量食物碎粒，床上有體毛，職員不友善。由機場乘搭的士約8分鐘，約28元澳幣，如非必要，不建議選擇這間酒店。

The worst hotel pick up service that I experienced, we called hotel reception on Feb 3 , 20:30 to pick up from T1 Melboune airport, they confirmed the shuttle will come on 21:00, they asked us to wait at 20:45 outside T1, we waited until 21:10 but no shuttle came, then we called hotel and they re-confirmed shuttle is Already on the way. Then We saw the shuttle picked up other customers from T3 but passed T1 without stopping at 21:20, we called hotel again and they said that the driver made mistake, we have to wait until 21:40 for other shuttle! When we arrived hotel, reception pretended nothing happened! Next morning, we caught the shuttle to airport again, on the way, we heard the reception called the driver On speaker phone to pick up 4 customers at T1 after dropped us off at T2, but there is nothing more informations provided to that driver such as customer names or contact number. So we realized why we experience such poor arrangement on the night before! Hotel’s shuttle pick up procedure is not well organized. We called the general manager from airport before departure to feedback our bad experience but he was in meeting, we came home for four days and did not hear any contact from Hotel. Obviously the hotel did not care about this!

預訂時要求了一張雙人床、兩張單人床，酒店方面好快回覆可以安排，已經感覺好安心。入住時，發現是安排了兩間相連房，大房一邊有客廳、雙人床、浴室仲有洗衣機、乾衣機、洗衣液、露台。細房有兩張單人床，雖然比較細，但兩間房都好乾淨，廚具好齊全、好精美，空間亦很大，簡直出乎意料之外。讚！

Don't think its priomity to airport will just reduce facilities or services, on the other way, uts room design, inhouse facilities and free shuttle to airport really makes guest staying more convenient

Kitchen was well equipped. The room was clean but there were some ants in the bathroom. The light was bright enough.

服務員態度親切，有問必答，有耐性，房間寬闊新浄。

住宿方面都可以。唯有没有正常早餐供應，只提供包裝飲品及乾糧，在網上沒有注明是甚麼類型的早餐。在check in時職員並沒有提及我有訂購早餐，到翌日check out都没有提及，直到我問職員早餐地點才說只有櫃枱上盒裝早餐，真的令人失望。

i am staying in one bedroom apartment. very spacious. it has a balcony with good view, but there is no onsite restaurant. they can provide packaged breadfast.

Great! However check out time is 10am which is a bit early for parents with kid.

Quest Hotel has very good services, they care about my personal items left in room. Shuttle bus to and from airport made us more convenient.

Just land to Melbourne, I need to apply for a toll pass through the citylink.com. There are a number of options for toll pass on the website. I just select one and it requires me to open an account. I tried another one option, it requires me to input a residential mobile number. As a tourist, how can I have such a residential mobile number. I took my laptop to the reception counter and the staff are really friendly and helpful. She help me to select the most suitable option for a tourist and help me to apply for that toll pass. Her help really relief my pressure arriving a new place with a lot to adapt and a new car without toll pass. I would like to thank the staff helping me. The room is clean and comfortable.

住宿位於機場附近，有免費停車(周圍無餐廳或是超市，需要開車)。住宿人員服務很好，願意讓先抵達機場的家人辦理入住，但是分配到的客房是無障礙式的，衛浴設備用起來不太方便，也不像隔壁房間有露臺，扣了點分數。除此之外都很滿意(房間設備齊全也舒適)。
