We had a large 2 bed room apartment with a large living room and dining room that was well equipped. Getting access to the carpark was tricky at first as the street outside was full but a quick call to reception and it was way after that. Trolleys for room were handy but not always available. Good location to Honeysuckle and the tram and a nice walk to Nobby’s and the break wall. There is a pub or two nearby so a bit of background notice but not too bad at the back of the building.

The property was being renovated .Our apartment was clean though the lounge was well past its use by date.lm sure this all eventuality will be replaced as they are renovating.The beds where clean and comfortable.Shower was good enough .Staff all lovely.Hunter street very noisy though it is city centre.Lots of lovely restaurants and bars close .Good parking.Lots of lovely big trees and bird life.

Great stay for a show at The Civic theatre. Easy parking , friendly helpful staff. Convenient restaurant next door . Would stay here again

Rooms are modern, clean and spacious

We were very very impressed with Quest Newcastle. Quest was very accommodating as we were travelling with an elderly and we requested a walk in shower (instead of a shower with a bath tub) and a shower chair - both were attended to professionally. Hospitality from the reception team was also amazing (special shoutout to Mia and Paris). The 2 bedroom apartments were just renovated and they were very clean and tidy. The only down side was the noise from the surrounding club that went on till 12 am on Saturday and the renovation works that started at 8 am on a Monday (but we were given notice of this prior to anyway). Overall I would still come back in the future!

Great customer service, where very welcoming and made a great experience for an early check in as we had an early arrival from out of state, went well above and beyond. Rooms were comfortable and beds fantastic and pillows perfect.

Excellent size apartment. Very comfortable for family. Well appointed kitchen. Bedding very comfortable Bathrooms were a great size and good shower pressure. Wish we were staying longer to enjoy more.

I stayed at Quest Newcastle yesterday with my family, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Newcastle. Great place for families!

Property was great and staff friendly and helpful. We could here people above us walking around early in the morning which was the only not so great thing.

Pretty Noisy, quite close to a main arterial. There was also a bar downstairs which had music playing until quite late. It was however great for public transport and dining options.

Pity about only 1 lift working, but a nice, clean and friendly place to stay

Good price, large family apartment and close lots of cool areas. Easy to walk, get parking or trams around town. Only downside was that the gym is one machine, a treadmill and a bike
