The room was fine but I was disatisfied with the service. Check in was ok if a little impersonal. There was plenty of free parking at the front of the hotel. The room wasn't seviced on my second day there and when I rang for towels and teabags I was told I had to come down to reception and get them myself. I found the staff were not particularly friendly - no smile or greeting when leaving in the morning or on my return, no apology for not servicng the room. The view from my balcony was also very disappointing - bins and rooftops. I wouldn't stay again.

Very competent and pleasant check-in. Only ‘concern’ was that the hotel had allocated the disability room - always courteous to advise the customer to allow discussion if not suitable. Wasn’t done. Hotel is new so room conditions of a high standard. Perhaps because it was the disability room I could not locate facial tissues - annoying but no doubt capable of being addressed.
