A really good property. A large comfortable apartment and very well equipped. Ground level access which was a bonus.

Apartment was comfortable & spotlessly clean. Allocated parking & easy, welcoming check in. Walkable distances: City - 10 mins Harbour area, Salamanca Market - 20 mins Supermarket - 10 mins Local inn - 5 mins

Great Location, easy access to the CBD, great room love the kitchen wasn't expecting a full-size kitchen

Older hotel but large and comfortable. There is no lift. Due to this I got a room upgrade which was appreciated. The hotel is across the highway from the cbd so not very walkable. Its a bit awkward to find but if you have a car its all good after the first time locating it.

Photos shown when I booked were nothing like the accommodation provided. We would never have booked this had there been actual pictures of what we were given. Buyer beware, false advertising.

We stayed on one of the older buildings. It was great with a huge living space, with a dining table and very useful kitchen space enabling us to entertain my family who live locally easily. The location is walkable to a supermarket, and also the Hobart tennis centre which coincidentally was hosting the Hobart international. The residence was comfortable and excellent for our purpose, with our two children. The walls were very thick and enabling us to watch movies in the living space once the children went down for the night. Overall I loved it and will stay here next time we visit Hobart.

We had a very comfortable 4 night stay in a spacious 2 bed ground stairs unit. Unit is well appointed. I recommend that they supply more pots pans and glasses. Kitchen is well lit and overlooks the lounge and dining in an open plan type of layout. Centrally located and close driving distance to most places including the harbour and botanical gardens. Walking distance to woollies and BWS both of which are open until 10 pm everyday. Reception is open from 8.30am to 8pm and provide you with replenishments such as tea, coffee, washing powder and dishwashing detergent etc.

Well appointed room. Neat to Hobart CBD. Walking distance to Constitution Dock and major attractions.

Wonderful place, spacious, clean and close to grocery and bottle shop. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely stay room spacious and comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with everything you needed.

Fully self-contained & very clean. We were very happy that there is the washer & dryer within the unit itself. It is only a few minutes walk to the wharf too. Just so convenient. Will definitely be back here again should we be travelling into Hobart next time.

Central location; close to all services; very little traffic noise; lovely conversion to very tasteful accommodation with good quality fit-out. Beautiful buildings set in expansive gardens Mattress could be bit more comfortable 9/10 overall experience for a 5 night stay

Amazing place to stay.

This was a great place to stay. It was excellent facilities, quiet location and amenable staff. I highly recommend it for couple or small family

It is a beautiful property, the accommodation was excellent and service was second to none. Will be staying therer next time we are in Hobart

Very quiet and convenient location

We had a great stay with 2 young children. Great location, friendly staff, clean and tidy. Would have liked one or two more dishwashing sachets, but that is only because I tend to wash after each meal. Other than that,.we had a great stay. Would recommend for anyone.

Very spacious apartment, much larger than I was expecting. Nice and clean. Conveniently located with woolworths and bottle shop close by. The only downside for us was the traffic noise with the apartment being right next to highway and the light from the street (we live out of town and aren’t used to so much road noise and light) plus the small tricky to access parking space as we have a large car. I did note that some of the other apartments did have parking spots that were more convenient so it was just the luck of the draw. Staff were pleasant to deal with and tried their best to find us a better spot to park our vehicle. Despite this I would stay here again as it was a nice apartment and great value.
