Location is good and convenient

Clean and tidy, fully equipped house, within walkable distance to center

It was at a comfortably walkable distance from the warf (~25min for 2 young adults), and you would walk through beautiful gardens of the university or through some old classic houses. It’s a quiet, atmospheric place to stay in itself with a beautiful garden of its own. The rooms were renovated with modern comforts while the building itself is old and lovely. Overall this was a lovely surprise for us given its reasonable price.

Very old property, kitchen not well equiped and dishes needed washing before use. Apartment had good heating and bed was very comfy

The apartment was incredible. Cosy and comfortable with all the amenities you need. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and well stocked.

Heating was on when we arrived so unit was warm and toasty. Close up all amenities and easy to walk into Hobart central. Shopping centre nearby. Nice view towards city. Lots of parking.

A really good property. A large comfortable apartment and very well equipped. Ground level access which was a bonus.

Great Location, easy access to the CBD, great room love the kitchen wasn't expecting a full-size kitchen

Older hotel but large and comfortable. There is no lift. Due to this I got a room upgrade which was appreciated. The hotel is across the highway from the cbd so not very walkable. Its a bit awkward to find but if you have a car its all good after the first time locating it.

Photos shown when I booked were nothing like the accommodation provided. We would never have booked this had there been actual pictures of what we were given. Buyer beware, false advertising.

We stayed on one of the older buildings. It was great with a huge living space, with a dining table and very useful kitchen space enabling us to entertain my family who live locally easily. The location is walkable to a supermarket, and also the Hobart tennis centre which coincidentally was hosting the Hobart international. The residence was comfortable and excellent for our purpose, with our two children. The walls were very thick and enabling us to watch movies in the living space once the children went down for the night. Overall I loved it and will stay here next time we visit Hobart.

We had a very comfortable 4 night stay in a spacious 2 bed ground stairs unit. Unit is well appointed. I recommend that they supply more pots pans and glasses. Kitchen is well lit and overlooks the lounge and dining in an open plan type of layout. Centrally located and close driving distance to most places including the harbour and botanical gardens. Walking distance to woollies and BWS both of which are open until 10 pm everyday. Reception is open from 8.30am to 8pm and provide you with replenishments such as tea, coffee, washing powder and dishwashing detergent etc.

Well appointed room. Neat to Hobart CBD. Walking distance to Constitution Dock and major attractions.

Wonderful place, spacious, clean and close to grocery and bottle shop. Would definitely stay again!
