Room equipment is very good. Traffic is good. Not too much noise. No free Wi-Fi,, only 250Mb per day. Travel agent have special request for guest,but hotel not notified!

Quest Woolloongabba Serviced Apartment 的住宿體驗讓我非常滿意，客房就跟在網站上看到的照片一模一樣，且提供非常完整的個人廚房，廚具、鍋碗瓢盆等都有提供，非常方便。且公寓除週日外有提供每天的客房清潔服務，很便利。不過公寓離市區有一小段距離，走路大概要30分鐘，不過公寓前就有公車站，且布里斯本的公車班次很多，所以要去購物、河邊都算方便。

Great location and easy parking. Good room, easy going staff.

The loveliest staff during check in and check out. Very good and easy to navigate to location. The room was clean with good amenities. Only downside was that the bed was quite hard and a bit lumpy.

Disappointing stay. My friend and I booked a Saturday and Sunday night. We had requested twin beds, which was not the setup in the room on arrival. When I called reception they promised to send housekeeping to fix, but they never came. On Sunday our room was not made up or towels changed. When I enquired, I was told they don’t do housekeeping on Sundays! That would have be nice to know in advance. The rooftop area was very scruffy and there were overflowing rubbish bins including rubbish piled into a planter box. The basement carpark was dirty and had boxes of rubbish left by the lifts which stayed there the whole time we were there. No milk provided- not even UHT. The only positive was the bed was comfortable even if it wasn’t the configuration we had requested.

Staff wanted me to pay for my booking again even though I had a receipt of my payment through Wotif. He told me that I needed to pay again and then make contact with Wotif to get the money back. The female receptionist told him to look at something else on the computer screen and then he said he would sort it. The room was loud with a big group of teenagers on the floor who were running around in the corridor. It felt like a school camp. Would not recommend.
