Deluxe resort started with professional staff, top notch facility, gym & pool & recreational… ultra quiet and million dollars view of the ocean, super clean and beautiful dream until twilight…..

I think is a very beautiful resort , only one thing we are bit fuzz, the day we booked is sea view and deluxe sea view , end up all were golf view which is nice too , just hope ppl won’t get disappointed in future booking in this hotel !

从酒店柜台取钥匙后要自己开车找房间，指示不清楚半小时找不到，结果回到柜台由服务员带，预订的时候是最贵的房间订的，但也跟照片差好远，路台看到的风景是杂草，并不是高尔夫球场

Always a pleasure staying at RACV Cape Schank 🤘 Great base for a few days away from town and exploring the Mornington Peninsular!

Had a great stay but the attitude of the staff at front desk was really disappointing. I also asked for an extra bed in a large king room for my nephew who wanted to stay and was told there wasn’t enough room when the room was the small size of a one bed apartment! They said it was for fire safety but you could fit a rollout bed easily. When I booked the samphire restaurant, the front desk was very unfriendly. In saying that, meal was great and facilities were great. Just attitudes need to change

Have stayed here on numerous occasions over the past few years, our second in 6 months, but I think for those who do stay a number of nights, the resort really needs to look at their choice of meals at Samphire. Despite a few specials available , if you choose to dine at samphire every night, you’ll notice the same handful of meal options available. I’m not sure how often the menu updates but perhaps a rotating choice of meals could be made available especially for consecutive nights at the resort. Otherwise a great place to unwind and will still be visiting in the near future

Our state was near perfection, and we greatly appreciated the upgrade by Jemima

We had a great time using the pool, spa, sauna and gym. The weather was terrible and we did not need to go anywhere. The barramundi at diner was delicious

Our stay was so lovely and easy from start to finish. The room was beautiful and the view incredible. Staff were all extremely professional and helpful. Amenities clean. Loved it! Highly recommend.

What a wonderful way to wake up in a room of windows.

Lovely spot, our room was in the older section but it had stunning views and we had a fantastic stay. Staff were lovely and it was our 1st wedding anniversary and felt very taken care of The spa was also great

The staff were not accommodating at all. Basic things like a porter and trolley to move the luggage to rooms as well as no room cleaning services until you call and request for it and still the cleaning wasn't done until 4-5 pm. The staff at check in and reception were really rude

Staff members were very welcoming and polite. I have truly enjoyed my stay. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you

Our stay was oceanview rooms, which is seperate from main building and with the price paid, those rooms were definitely not value to money,coz these were like a motel vibe. For every little thing, we have to drive to go to main building. Resort's overall facilities were good for kids, like pool and kids play area and view and if i have go go again will go for main building.

Long queue for breakfast every morning, room is very basic, except ocean view is great , definitely not 5 stars standard. Rooms were never cleaned up during our 3 nights stay . check out is way too early, 10am, no any flexibility for check out at 12( which is normally in most hotels ) $90 was charged for checking out at 12:20… it is set up to get extra payment , cold and very unfriendly service , compare to what we had just experienced in Singapore, this is truly awful

The property is the best on the Peninsula, stay there!
