Disappointed to be in a room on the outside, view of the road. I have stayed on seceral occasions and always overlooked the pool. I mistakenly though all rooms did. I was not given any alternative and the price did not reflect this.

The room smelt very wrt and stale. The only way to get rid of it was open everything in 39 degree heat. Could not turn on air con. Curtain backs were all mouldy.

Greeted by friendly welcoming staff member at reception. Room clean, air conditioning on so room was cool and inviting. Clean pool area. Great morning barista coffee delivered poolside. Fantastic stay again. Have stayed before will be back.

Very convenient for our overnight stay while transferring to Kgari island

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and spotless. The pool was fantastic.

The room where we stayed was perfect, nice and clean, plenty of towels and the staff were very friendly and helpful, will certainly stay again

Room is avarage not as expected vonsidering the price No real view, room wasnt as clean as you would e pect Milk or anything you put in the mini fridge would freeze...so hard to make a cup of tea with frozen milk Not many facilities Lovely wine intimate wine bar is a highlight

Gepäck haben wir im Hotel hinterlegt und sind für zwei Tage nach Fraser Island gefahren. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Bequeme Betten, guter Kühlschrank mit kleinem Eisfach, schöner Balkon zum Pool. Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, sah sehr gut aus. Sehr gut geschlafen!

Smelly room ,run down property, dodgy appliances, poor parking facilities and rude staff

Great hotel, TERRIBLE bath/shower. Dangerous to get in and out of bath - cracked my shins twice getting in and out as bath was quite slippery. Shower "screen" doesn't provide enough coverage so floor was always slippery too. The shower bar was loose on the wall and the fittings (soap dish, etc) were always jabbing me in the back. Extraction fan in ceiling made a noise, but there was little extraction of steam going on. Finally the shower was very low, but as a tall person I'm used to that - everyone hires a short plumber... :) Rest of the bathroom was fine, but the shower was extremely poor. I'd ditch the bath entirely and make it a shower nook.

It was ok but no restaurant

The room was very dark and smelt.

Staff were so helpful and accommodating

Unfortunately due to the cyclone in Mar h there was no dining option which we were only made aware off just before arring.
