Pretty nice place to go to Philip island over the weekend with kids Very close to Cowes. Awesome

The lounge was really dirty, overall inside was very tried. Outside, good facilities. Kids loved it

The bike tracks were excellent for the 4 and 6 year old grandkids. Maybe change the image on the website which shows an eroded path and replace with a more recent shot showing safe gravel pathway. Kids loved the resident possum who was incredibly tame and angling to get through the ajar doorway. Fortunately he/she was very quiet at night. Variety of pools was great depending on the age of the clients.

Phillip Island has much to offer. We stayed here on our coastal road trip. The resort is several separate cabins. Parking was right in front. We arrived early and they checked us in early. It is centrally located with easy access to the activities of Phillip Island.

Fourth year of choosing Ramada and a little disappointed this time around. The villa itself was very old, worn down and sad looking. Needs a fair bit of tlc and a good revamp. The couch was really stained and looked quite dirty so we ended up putting a flat sheet on it to make it more appealing to sit on. The drapes/curtains were very weathered and dirty and the wooden furniture and floors have definitely had it's day. Good facilities for the kids and staff were lovely but unfortunately the property itself lets everything down quite a lot.

Loved everything about it except the bed. The mattress needs replacing. The inner spring on the mattress is no longer inner, can really feel it. Makes sleeping on it very uncomfortable. This was the only issue we faced, otherwise was perfect for us.

Great stay at Ramada for our families. The pool, hot tub spa and cart use were really a plus. Double thumbs up for friendly staff that showed us the herb garden and explained local plants and their use in the kitchen. Close to everything on Phillip Island. Highly recommend!

Old and tired! Needs a revamp and some maintenance. No where near as smart as the photo’s look! The showers were dirty and there was hair presumably from the cleaners in the en-suite. Outside of cabins were in need of paint. Very disappointing and they tried to flog time-share. Sorry to say we won’t be going back. I normally write positive reviews but not for this property

We had a great time at Ramada, always recommended.

It was nice to have our own building! Property was nice to walk around and there were fun activities, such as cart riding. Complimentary slices of pizza at reception were a unique touch! Really good pizza too!

Stay 5 days. Very clean "cabin" with comfortable bed and everything you would need but would not classify as luxurious, rather comfortable. Onsite pool and cafe good. Approx. 1 km to main shopping street in Cowes. Although located on main room, property is set well back off the road and was very quiet. The cabins are very spread out over the property and depending on where your room is located, it could be a good walk to reach amenities.

We had a wonderful 2 bedroom bush villa that had everything in it and was so comfortable and well organised. We were thrilled with it.

The resort was great place to stay. Quiet, lovely surroundings, had everything we needed.

Nice quiet property with several pools. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice and bigger than I expected.

Great location with units style cabins which were spaced at a nice distance from the other cabins! Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful native bush surrounds! The pools were amazing but need some maintenance.

The resort is clearly catering for families to enjoy a great holiday. Lots of children out enjoying themselves in a friendly safe environment. As a couple just looking for a couple of nights stay while attending an event it was good. Room very clean and quiet, restaurant was lovely and all the staff were wonderful. Even better the coffee from the restaurant was top class.
