Room very clean, great hot water. Comfortable bed. Exceptional staff, help taking suitcase up and down stairs.

The room booked was a Deluxe Queen Room, advertised as sleeps 3 on WotIf. Booked for 2 adults and 1 child and was provided with a room with only a queen size bed. When we approached the staff member we were told we booked a Queen deluxe and that is what you get (even though room is advertised as sleeps 3). Staff member tried to be accommodating by offering a trundle for free and the possibility of the family room. We declined and decided to stay somewhere else for the night.

Did the job, clean accommodation and very fair for the price.

Room is ok. But house keeping is not at par.

Pubs close for feed

We were charged $209.00 for half a room. Which we thought was a bit steep.

The bed was really uncomfortable. The shower was dodgey. It was not worth the money.

Conveniently located for visit.

Nothing unique, a bit noisy only fault

Refused to give refunds. Flight was cancelled.

I love the motel and every thing was fine,except when I want to checked out, I wasn’t happy with the way the Indian Receptionist spoke to me, I checked out at 10:00am but my flight out of Brisbane to WA wasn’t ready, so I asked if I could leave my bag behind for 3 hours come back and pick it up later . But the receptionist say I wasn’t allowed to do that, even though I always do it in other motels in Australia .So could the Management look in to that so we don’t have same problem with other Client too. Also that Reseptionist needs to be taught how to handle issues and not arguing with Clients like the way he did to me. Thanks. Simon Gaviri

A little noisey as far as traffic

Close to Redcliffe and Kayo stadium Helpful staff - Rooms in good condition. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is the lack of a Guest laundry with the closest launderette in Kippa-ring shopping centre.

Quiet place to stay. Slept well

Close to everywhere we required.

Pleasant staff, clean and quite

Room was small, but clean, bed was fine. Be aware that all rooms are on the first floor. The stairway is quite steep, but there is an electric chair that you can ride up.

Well priced convenient for an overnight stay. Staff very cheerful and helpful, parking on site easy.
