The property is run down and doesn't depict the online photos well. The bed was terrible with springs sticking through and our bathroom was unfortunately dirty with hair strands in the shower and around the sink, rubbish in the bin and dirty tissues on the counter. The carpet in the room is lifting and lumpy, with marks all over. There were no glasses or water in the fridge. A kettle was present but no items to make a tea or coffee. The two lamps in the room didn't work and two of the three lights had blown bulbs. The tv was glitching and it was hard to park in the small spaces provided. Disappointing experience.

The botanic gardens was a close walk away, same as a 24/7 IGA -Cole’s. Close to the airport

The property is in a good location for travelling through. The beds need updating urgently and they squeak... a lot!! Parking is first in best dressed, so if you go out for dinner, you'll likely lose you close spot and have to park elsewhere. Restaurant was closed for dinner and breaky.

It felt under the standard, or at least below the ones I stayed before for same price.

Looking a little tired and dated and needs up-grading. Room very basic. Helpfulness of staff was very good.

Room was dated within, broken fittings including fridge. Bed was clean.

My Daughter checked in as I was on a flight. Upon check in she a was told by the very unpleasant receptionist that my 3 year old grandson wasn’t on the booking and she would have to sign a declaration, which she did, to agree to that, when in fact he was on the booking. I sorted the issue out with him over the phone but my daughter and her son stayed at a friends house as she was made feel like she had done something wrong. There was tea, coffee and sugar but no milk for a cup of tea. There was a large hole in the towel. I would never stay there or recommend it to anyone.

No spare pillows couldn’t turn the hot water tap on the when we did we couldn’t turn it off dripped non stop all night

Cheap and nasty….. handy work done by owners and it’s easy to tell. The “buffet” was pretty much their family dining room. This place needs a good hard look at itself as I wouldn’t even pay the $135 that I did. More like a $70/night place. Dirt, mould and stains from previous people staying as well as linens smelt like they weren’t washed properly.

You get what you pay for. I did not expect the resort to be in such disrepair and to be so noisy. The traffic from the highway is constant and you hear every plane take off. The on site secure parking is very tight and it is difficult to manoeuvre a big vehicle around. Next time I will do more research and pay more money for a more comfortable and quiet location.

Great room, a couple of small issues, no plug for the bathroom sink also no door handle to close the shower screen when i hopped in the shower. A in all. A very good place to stay.
