Lovely friendly staff and the room was spacious, clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Live music in the hotel lounge was good.
Pool and gym were great additions. The only downside was the pool closing at sunet and the gym/spa/tennis courts closing very early (4pm on weekends and 6pm weekdays), which was dissapointing.

We stayed several 1night stay during our 3 weeks in Australia. It was very convenient for catching our next flight to different destinations. It’s walking distance from the Domestic terminal and since my daughter is a power wheelchair user, it made our otherwise complex planning for accessible transportation much simpler and cheaper

Rooms are very tired and need upgrading.
You are close to the beach and restaurants - although the service and quality of food in most restaurants on the island is not great (not reefs fault) - book Qualia longpavillion if you can.

Property is probably one of the biggest if not the biggest hotels on the island. very well run. clean and tidy with great facilities. Free beach watersports however watch the tide. they only open an hour each side of high tide so you are limited and during our stay the tide was 8am. so early starts. easy walk down the hill to the marina and associated restaurants and shops. the hotels own restaurant is also good

Great stay. Stay for 5 days. Great room with the sea view.
Staff were lovely. Even received champagne and chocolate when they found out it was my birthday which I thought was very kind and a lovely surprise

Lovely hotel with beautiful views over Catseye Bay. The room was large with an enormous balcony. Bed was very comfortable and I like that there was both a bathtub and (separate) shower. The hotel is steps from the beach and 10 mins walk from the Marina and its restaurants (there's also a free shuttle). Highly recommend!

I wasn’t expecting the meal in the restaurant to be as good as it was. The staff were more than happy to help with dietary requirements, the meal was hot and fresh.
