We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Reef View Hotel. The views were nothing short of spectacular, the location is perfect for getting around easily and the staff were all so lovely and helpful.

We stayed at the Reef View and our room was good and the view was absolutely amazing. Room 1115. Weather was great and we are Definately coming back

Overall the hotel was lovely, our cleaning staff were amazing, know they were extremely busy. The hotel was great, nice bar and pool areas. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant.
My only disappointment was the balcony, we had a great view but it was so dirty, i realise the birds are an issue but would have been nice if it was cleaned before we checked in, but during our stay it just got dirtier, it was covered in bird droppings. We cleaned to railing sobwe could lean on it and touch it.

The rooms were very unclean, and the beds were very uncomfortable! For the price of this hotel I would have expected a much higher level of attention to detail for cleanliness and comfort in bedding. We could feel the springs in the mattress.... and there was visible spill marks, dirt and dust all over the room. Would not recommend for future stays, which is sad because the Island is stunning!

Outstanding resort property. Every room with a view is Catseye Beach. Close walk to the beach to snorkel, sail and paddle board. Excellent buffet breakfast. Great value hotel. Best place to stay on Hamilton Island

Lovely friendly staff and the room was spacious, clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Live music in the hotel lounge was good.
Pool and gym were great additions. The only downside was the pool closing at sunet and the gym/spa/tennis courts closing very early (4pm on weekends and 6pm weekdays), which was dissapointing.

Rooms are very tired and need upgrading.
You are close to the beach and restaurants - although the service and quality of food in most restaurants on the island is not great (not reefs fault) - book Qualia longpavillion if you can.
