It was a pleasant stay, upon check in , I was told they upgraded my room to a family room! It was a clean room, comfortable bed!

Very comfortable & clean - should have requested no stairs & also prefer hand held showers - good for us oldies !!

What a great Motel, finally one that Management take care of and shows. The smallest details taken care of in the rooms. location great, very clean....."yes they have power points". Thank you a great stay.

A bit of noise from road traffic in room 1 but still a great stay.

Whilst being an older motel the rooms are in good condition with everything needed for a stay. The motel is in a good position. We have stayed on several occasions.

The rooms were clean well maintained and had a nice retro vibe to them

We stayed here for 3 nights as we were going to the Bluesfest. Our room with a queen bed & 2 single beds had everything we needed. We arrived early & the lovely staff at reception got our room ready immediately so we could get in to get ready for the festival. All of the staff were so friendly & professional. We will definitely stay here again next time In Ballina. Highly recommend!!

The room was fine other than an ash tray full of cigarette butts on the balcony and no wash clothes. The freezer in the refrigerator was not cold enough to make ice cubes. The triple room we had was nice and comfortable as were the beds.

Even though from the outside it looked like an old motel,The units had obviously been refurbished so was nice to have a nice clean bathroom. Bed was comfortable . Would stay there again for one night

We were checked in by a kind and welcoming gentleman. He allowed to pick our preference from 2 sers of keys when we requested for options. We loved our room with a little garden area and private terrace. Double walled doors so road noise was minimal. Very clean and had all the facilities promised. The Chinese restaurant next door is excellent by the way!

We were only there night but room was clean and well set out. Comfortable and handy to what I needed to do. And great price normally when I stay in Ballina it's twice the price of here.
