Friendly professional and efficient check in. Fabulous apartment- everything we needed and more for a restful stay. Close to everything. Lovely views of the Richmond River. Terrific restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

There was so much noise from ill fitting windows, ancient refrigerators, exhaust fan that can’t be turned off, street cleaners at 3.30am, rubbish collection bins at 4.30am and the playground opposite the building
I didn’t get any sleep at all
The toilet wasn’t cleaned properly and the manager had no idea how to run the bookings
We paid over $300 per night for the worst experience we have ever experienced

The room was a good size and very clean. Shower was pretty good with plenty of hot water. Probably the best part was the large balcony which was great for a relaxing drink in the late afternoon. It wasn't a great view just overlooking the main street, but we didn't pay for a view so didn't care.
Great location in Ballina very handy to shops and restaurants.
