Overall enjoyable stay marred by missing towel rack, poor breakfast and staff attitude. Only white bread available and very limited breakfast choices. Lake views and walks make up for the negatives.

We love this new, modern and cozy hotel with friendly staff, great restaurant and beautiful surrounding. We'd like to visit again and have a longer stay.

全新的酒店，超靚的河景，無得彈，下次再來一定住兩三晚

地點比較偏遠、離市中心大約25分鐘 （自駕遊），但酒店環境及風景優美，每間屋子都有露台面向海，渡假勝地。

Loved it here and would come again

The Premium Room was clean, spacious. modern and well equipped. We had a room on on the top level so had a reasonable good view of the river over the pub and rooms on the lower level. The restaurant had great views of the river, and the pub food was ok (may have been our choices weren't the best). Very friendly bar staff. However the info on this site is out of date regarding breakfast. "Guests who wish to have breakfast Monday-Thursday must book in advanced." We were told they do not offer breakfast anymore. The bakery is no longer there (which is a shame).

Beautiful, clean room, reception staff where friendly

Very clean, comfortable rooms. Great view and modern bathroom. The restaurant on the same site was excellent. We're both vegan and found the option provided was really well cooked. We also found a few vegan wines. Staff all very friendly.

Nice room but needs some maintenance

Room was good and clean. We were left with no staff on and after Christmas. We wanted to upgrade the room but was denied due to staff unavailabilty. Restaurant was closed during our stay but no microwave in the room left us with minimal options for food. May not be the best stay for families with kids as nothing much around. They should just close down and not take any reservations around Christmas.

Excellent service at reception, bar and restaurant, the young ladies were so friendly polite and helpful, even organised meals for us after the kitchen had closed as we arrived late, foods great drinks great, view from the restaurant and rooms was amazing, very clean rooms, very comfortable bed, highly recommend , we loved it so much we booked a few more nights.

It was very comfortable with fantastic views nice and close for meals as well.
