Very Close to central station. Exit from South Gate and the hotel is on the right opposite to the South Gate. The front desk is just a small corner on the ground floor of the bar.

地點很方便, 就近火車站出口, 浴室洗手盆有淤塞的問題, 其中一客房沒有空調提供, 只有風扇, 另酒店的管理層不太友善

地點很近中央車站南邊出口、 房間很大但空調不足， 可寄存行李，步行15 分鐘可到China Town, 30分鐘到Darling Harbour

房間煙味太重

Perfect location but the house keeping was not done quite well. The room was not cleaned properly when the nice staff brought me to the room. A bit noisy at night but understand this is the hotel in a bar.

A cozy hotel close to the south concourse of Central Train Station. Transport is convenient. Good wifi network. The check-in counter is on G/F which is a bar, and after check-in you will see there is a separated door for hotel customers. A bit noisy at night as it is close to main roads. Construction works are undergoing nearby but that's not the problem of the hotel. The restroom seemed just undergone renovation which looked anew and clean.

設備差，Wifi整日不能連接（可能尾房關係），房間內沒有空調，只有風扇，浴室熱水需要開足15分鐘先開始熱起來，房間沒有水及紙巾供養，餐具潔淨度亦未如理想，大門經常無故震盪而發出聲響 酒店跟唐人街很近，購物較方便

A very convenient hotel which is next to the central station. A few mins walk to China Town. The room is clean, just the lobby is actually the pub which spent us some time to look for.

非常好的一間飯店，剛看到有點擔心，因為一樓是Bar，但是晚上完全聽不到樓下的聲音，交通方便，我們住的是四人房，有兩個空間，一張雙人床兩張單人床，唯一美中不足Wi-Fi要錢，不過$5/1day可以大家都可無限用，速度也快...

The room is big and comfortable. Yet the washroom is a bit old but still acceptable. Very convenient location. Just opposite to Central Station Exit 6. Very good service. We can leave our bags at the hotel one day prior to check-in date without charging us extra. Although these is a pub under the rooms, I feel safe and quiet. A room card key is provided so that we can enter the hotel using another door without stepping in the pub. The key card enable access to the private entrance for hotel residents, the use of lift and also our own room. Moreover, double layers of glass are installed for windows so the room is quite from street noise.

酒店雖然臨街，但有雙層玻璃窗，所以十分寧靜！房間及浴室都超大，很舒適！就是浴室缺乏掛衣物的鈎，架等！ 樓層竟然有個熨衣間供客人使用，真不錯！ 我們上午10時到達，酒店馬上給房間。 check-in 時需付房費，但無需保證金，check-out 時只要放下鎖匙在樓下信箱，無需等酒店檢查房間，十分方便，省時！

酒店對面就是中央車站，緊記到站後要依從6号出囗方向跟指示出Chalmer St, 否則不能從這出口出來，要繞大圈子！ 穿過車站隧道，有很多巴士搭，包括免費市內穿梭巴士＃555和到魚巿場的＃501！ 酒店雖然比較舊，但外觀很漂亮，傢具電視，電器等都是新的。雙人床是正式的King Size bed. 不是兩張單人床併成的，軟硬適中，十分舒服！ 酒店還願意為我們急凍要帶回香港的煙三文魚，服務十分不錯！

酒店比想像中小，在一個酒吧的旁邊只有一個小門作為入口，容易找不到。房間也不太大，但是很溫馨，非常乾淨。服務人員都超級nice的。提供寄存服務，即使你已經check-out了。很不錯很有特色的地方！

Some basic equimpents should be added otherwise it is very inconvenient for the guests.

From the outside you wouldn’t rate this place but inside the room you feel like you’re in a luxurious hotel. The room was beautifully renovated, good shower pressure, sensational mattress. Staff were lovely, location was brilliant. Amenities such as earplugs and water were appreciated. You could hear the trams at night and the renovations in the hotel but that’s what earplugs for. Overall would stay again!

Cannot be worse. The hotel is quite old and the taps won't close properly while the shower head keep falling down. That's still ok given the hotel is in a good location and the price charged isn't too bad. The worst part is that the hotel started doing renovation work with power drilling and hammering at 4am!! Spoken to the workers along with guest from another room and asked them to stop working. The answer we received was "the hotel should have told you". Power drilling stopped for a while and hammering continued. Went down to speak to the workers again with another room's furious guests. This time we told them that it is illegal to work with noise at these hours and I was calling the police to report this. Then they finally stopped at 4:40am. Only to start again at 7am!! At checkout when I complained to the front desk the staff said "why are you being mad at me? I only work here. You should speak to management." When asking where management is, the answer was he's here somewhere. And nowhere to be found!! Worst ever experience with a hotel.

Comfortable room in a great location however very noisy in the early morning

Centrally located and access to restaurants, transport and shops. Overall was very satisfied with the stay.

Extremely close to Central Station, lovely large room, recently renovated and very clean.

Construction work commenced at 6.15am within the establishment waking us up. I noticed when we arrived that renovations were underway on the ground floor but didn’t expect the rude awakening at 6.15am with loud voices, hammering, power tools etc, extremely loud.
