Love this place for it’s location, opposite the Botanical Gardens and short walk into town. Very clean and the complimentary drink vouchers on checking is a pleasant surprise. Made me use the bar most nights so was a win win.

Lovely welcoming place to stay. Brilliant staff! Helpful and friendly. They tried to assist with bedding options, the mattress was too soft for my back. The lounge bar was our "go to" spot to relax for a drink and nice bite to eat. Walnut restaurant was lovely. Great place to stay.

Our family room was very comfortable and clean but the decor looked a bit tired e.g. paint peeling. The breakfast selection was great and very reasonably priced. My husband and son enjoyed using the gym. The staff were friendly and accomodating.
