Need surcharge for using credit card but I cannot find such notice in the check in counter. This is not good for those who don’t want to pay such credit cards surcharge.

酒店有分新舊式設計 房間內的配件不一樣, 有些房間有基本餐具, 有些只有杯 房間基本寬敞舒服 酒店服務生很好, 我們有任何問題, 都積極幫忙 只是酒店偏離city, 如步行的話, 約須30分鐘. 步行路段比較安靜少車

交通有巴士去市中心，有超市，有食市在附近，環境清閑，所以度假唔錯的酒店，有停車場，如果再去塔斯曼尼亞，都會考慮再住

適合自架遊人仕，有免費車位。住宿環境優靜。房間有一房一廳，房內兩張單人床，另一邊廳有一張雙人梳化床，這房間超正。

Excellence condition of the room, modern decoration and furnitures, highly recommended those who are traveling with own vehicles.

Check out was cumbersome with no one available at the desk early, however the night before I was assured the office would be open at that time.

Lovely room in the main building, with view over Hobart. Very spacious and clean. Friendly staff, lots of free parking, and a self-service laundry.

Very good breakfast, excellent beds and pillows, spacious rooms. Restaurant was good, not great. Staff were all lovely. My only complaint would be the stains on the carpet in our room.

The bathroom was not cleaned regularly and towels were replaced when we didn’t require clean towels. Disappointed that the restaurant was not open Sunday even when it had 10% surcharge on bottom of food menu for Sunday. One staff member was rude when it was questioned and said it was for the bar.

Would I stay again.... No. Good location 10mins from Hobart town centre, the hotel is located in a beautiful old school building. That's the good news. Behind the facade, its not so good. We booked superior twin room, which includes a useless lounge area - the only tv is the bedroom, the only place to see the tv is by laying on the bed! The tv is bad, very cheap and nasty. Only the bed is worse. The mattress is way too soft (ok personal choice), and the base is falling apart - feels like you'd fall off any moment. Worse hotel bed ever experienced! Simple things make the difference - like wall hooks to hang wet coats, quality tea and coffee in the room, good size tea cups, or a window blind to stop people seeing into bathroom!... Sadly the room didnt have any of these. Two for one drink offer at bar, draws you in, but with so many restrictions on its use its not worth it. Plenty of better places to eat and drink 10mins walk away in Elizabeth St. Enjoy!

Older property that lacks some modern amenities such as a room safe, a TV in the separate sitting area and we had to ask for a hand towel. The breakfast was adequate but even though we arrived when breakfast started, the food was cool to warm at best. This property wasn’t up to the standard we expected of a Rydges hotel.

Dining was nice. Only issue was a very loud wedding reception took over the hotel. But it was quiet once inside my room.

We stayed in the King Superior room in a building adjacent to the main hotel for 1 night. The room was large, clean, and well provisioned with a microwave, dishes and cutlery, bar fridge, ironing board and iron. The bathroom was large with 2 sinks and lots of counter space for toiletries. The buffet breakfast had lots of hot and cold selections. The hotel is well located within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful.

100 percent the best stay I’ve had in Hobart ,three days .Wanted to be longer but had to head home. Great staff,great food -thanks chef!! Bed was the most comfortable in the whole eight days we were there. I personally will be back for more ❤️

The lighting in the room was shocking. Could not read at night. The single chair was broken

My room was good in the main building but one of the rooms in an outer building in my booking was not good. The wardrobe was disgusting and the hanging space was unusable. I do think that the rooms in the annexes should be cheaper than those in the main building. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the bathrooms and kitchenettes which had all been renovated were excellent.
