This was our 3rd stay at the Rydges Kalgoorlie, but first time in the Villas, which were really good. The Villas are well set out, in great condition and really comfortable. As always the Rydges Kalgoorlie team were really friendly and professional.

Nice spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable king bed.

Large rooms, great pool, spa and water pressure in the shower. Staff amazing.

Had fillet mignon, it was a lump of meat and vegetables. Lots of staff, but not much service. Very expensive for what you get.

The food was terrible, the upkeep of the room was damaged and had been for a long time, it was ridiculously over priced for what it was, the aircon was filthy and blew cold air when it was on heater, there was wee and toilet paper in the toilet unflushed, the spa bath had a "this has been cleaned and sanatised sticker" or whatever wording along thoes lines and was full of dirt and hair, I filled it up with hot water and ran the jets and more hair and gunk was floating in the water, there was hair on the bathroom counter and floor and had been wiped onto the mirror, the grill was closed to "staff shortages" the couch was broken and uncomfortable. The light switch beside the bed has a hole in the wall under it. The tv chanels kept loosing signal. Should I go on? This is like the 3rd time I've stayed there and it's got to be the worst hotel I've stayed at every time.

It met expectations took a while to get deposit back

Only place I’d stay in Kalgoorlie for business. Other places don’t compare.

Rooms were awesome, breakfast and room service was excellent

a few problems with heating took the sheen off the visit.

Lovely staff. Restaurant closes early.. but so do all restaurants in Kal so It seems. 8-9 pm is closing time for most places

Great service from front desk, room's looking tired and in need of refreshing. Room 9 has very poor shower pressure and runs like a dribble, hard to wash reasonable length of hair. Room's are roomy and comfortable.

I did not have dinner at Rydges as I wished to have a seafood choice and I did not see any on the menu.

We liked our stay very much, they only downside was the king size bed. i like the king size but every time one person moved or turned over it disturbed the other, did not have a very good sleep.

Great place to stay. Well appointed, restaurant was a bit expensive and under staffed. Would go back again

Always a good spot to stay when we're in Kalgoorlie

Great rooms and very friendly staff. We enjoyed the swimming pool. - Water pressure in the shower was shockingly weak and hot water set to scolding.

Terrific quality for the price

Bar staff were awesome. Rooms very comfortable. Food was excellent. No hot water last morning we were there only negative. Of course it was fixed like 10min later though
