Excellent hotel located in a great location. Just a few minutes walk from ringwood train station with trains into Melbourne CBD. We were also given a free upgrade which was a lovely touch for our stay. Room very clean, comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend this hotel.

Such a beautiful hotel right there on a busy intersection. We didnt eat at the restaurant so cant rate that, however the room was gorgeous - LOVED the shower!!

The room was comfortable and quiet. We had a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I had the best Lychee Martini I've ever had in the bar downstairs.

On pictures in the elevator show fried eggs. Just scramble no fried. Very limited breakfast. No cold cuts, cheese. Both apple juice, orange juice, coffee mugs and coffee need to ask to refill. Sorry last time. Nice rooms etc. To pay 24.9AUD. Too much…

Loved the size of the room, its modern styling, cleanliness. Staff were very friendly and efficient.
Lack of advice re the closure of the bar/dining facilities prior to arrival was disappointing, particularly as in-house dining was one of our selection criteria.
