Amazing 1st class welcome at the reception with warm hand towels and ice tea. A great way to remember the hotel and stand out. Excellent service all the way to very friendly and professional free shuttle to CBD and train station!

From the reception desk to the bar, restaurants to the cleaning staff the hotel wasn't posy but very friendly and down to earth. Food was good, view from balcony overlooked a park.
If you are not looking for a flashy hotel then my wife and I would put this at the top of your list.
For reference we were in the hotel for 8 days over Easter.

The bathroom was lovely but the shower water kept going hot and cold and not easily regulated, the Aircondtioner needs updating, I did understand it was an older system apart from this it was an excellent stay, lovely friendly staff, very clean and well stocked.

Mycket trevligt hotell med service utöver det vanliga. En nackdel kan vara att det ligger i utkanten av centrum. Dock erbjuder hotellet gratis shuttle-bil som tar gästerna dit man vill inom centrumkärnan. Kan man promenera en bit finns dessutom gratis spårvagnar.
Rekommenderar också hotellets restaurang som erbjuder såväl utsikt som god mat.
Till frukosten hade vi önskat oss annat/mer smörgåspålägg än Vegemite och marmelad, men alla som gillar ägg och bacon blir säkert nöjda.
Servicen var helt fantastisk, från de varma handdukarna vi fick när vi checkade in, till all hjälp med bokningar av utflykter. Vi kände oss verkligen varmt välkomna!
