The front desk calling services is terribly poor

the location is good

Asked for skipping room service but not followed up. Environment quite noisy but little can be done. Corridor is a bit too dim.

Great experience

The location was great, around 10mins walk from Central Station. There were many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were really nice and helpful. Room was tidy and spacious. However there were small mosquito from the toilet drainage. And they were stick on the towels and I was not able to use them.

might consider going back here.

交通のアクセスが便利、すぐ近くにワールドスクエアがあり、色々な国のレストランやスーパーもあって楽しめました。スタッフはフレンドリーで、快適に過ごせました。

Friendly staff. Centrally located. Very clean/modern, comfortable beds. We had tea/coffee facilities and a fridge which was handy.

ファミリールームに４泊しました。いい点は交通の便、立地、部屋が広くてきれいでした。 ミュージアム駅からすぐでほとんどの観光地に歩いていけます。すぐ下にコールズのスーパーがありとても便利です。 悪い点は週末の夜中に外が騒がしくてクラクションや叫び声など神経質な人は眠れないと思います。あと排水口からコバエがあがってきているようなのでそこを除菌してもらいたいです。値段も高くなく本当に便利な場所なのでそれ以外はおすすめします。

Super well located. Everything is nearby

We hung a cleaning request sign on the door handle, but one day the room wasn't cleaned. We also asked the front desk for towels, but they didn't arrive, so we had to go back twice before they finally delivered. I felt that the service was very poor. The room facilities were cold, with the shower not getting hot twice, even though it was winter. We were freezing. I'm not sure if we got a bad room, but I don't think I'd want to book again.

Good location for food, shopping and attractions.

Great place to stay with convenient parking in the middle of the city

Our family stayed family room.there were 2 bed rooms and 2 bath rooms.it was enough space to stay for us.we all enjoyed staying in Sydney! We stayed 4 nights.and we chose no cleaning rooms.we’ve got refund at checkout. Location is very good.we visit Rydges once again!

We have stayed at Rydges World Square many times. It has a great location and the rooms are quiet and clean. The staff are helpful. This time I gave a lower rating because I feel that the hotel is becoming worse for wear and poorer value for money. The carpets in the corridors are definitely looking shabbier although the rooms are clean. Also the price has risen and we were asked if wanted to cancel our room servicing - we were only staying two nights - i.e. one day's service which cost over $700.00. Parking is another inflated expense. Still happy with the hotel, but after staying there many times we feel it is deteriorating and poorer value for money. We parked nearby for a fraction of the cost.

We are so happy staying for 2 nights at Rydges World Square, very satisfied specially the family room we booked, the room is so clean, fresh and the beds are so comfy, also the restaurant buffet at the lobby area is so delicious, overall 100%. Highly recommended for those who want to stay or looking for a hotel that you want to relax, Rydges World Square is the one you looking for.

The check in process was easy. Great location. Buffet breakfast was lovely. Overall a very pleasant stay.
