Lovely apartment, small but very clean and new. Very noisy at night with all the road works and depot being right next door, a lot of trucks coming and going, reverse beeping sound heard a lot.

Easy access

Easy process to collect keys. Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. Only negatives, pillows are too high, and roadworks all night which is not the buildings fault. I’d definitely stay there again.

Loved everything except the advertisement said level 5 and we were level 3. Not a massive problem except for the effect on the view now through the trees

Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. A really nice property. Only drawbacks were the remote key pick-up and the roadworks going on outside at the time of our stay.

Absolutely stunning property, immaculately presented and everything I was looking for! Loved the decor and so clean and beautiful outlook.. mountains to sea. Such a perfect position as well- Can’t wait to return 😃

Lovely building and great location.

A modern, clean and comfortable apartment with beautiful views of the coastline and hinterland. The kitchen is well equipped, and the layout of the apartment would suit two couples, friends or a family with older children. The building is located at the quiet end of Burleigh, but Coles and fantastic dining options are still walkable, as is North Burleigh patrolled beach. The pool was a let down, however - it is cold, small and unprotected from the wind - and the apartment balconies were similarly poorly designed and largely unusable for the same reasons. Overall, however, we enjoyed our 5 night stay (young family), and the excellent communication from Burleigh Letting made the whole booking and check-in process hassle free.

Quiet property no rowdy guests even on NYE. Close to the beach. We were lucky there were no road works during our stay.

Very clean spacious apartment with excellent outdoor area. Very close to beach and dining.

Lovely property with 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies. I recommend staying at Sandbar. Nice walk into Burleigh, good coffee a block over the highway at Paddock, a Coles is a walkable distance away. The only downside was absolutely no glasses of any sort that I could find, no water glasses, no wine glasses etc, odd so I did raise this when I checked out and hopefully it will be addressed.

Great location, check in and out was an easy process. Immaculately clean

Great property in a good location in excellent condition. Only small issue was some miscommunication with letting company.
