Lovely secluded get away with a fire place. Be prepared to put your Scout talents to use as they don't provide fire lighters, just newspaper! It took hours to warm the place up. On arriving we were surprised by a fresh loaf of bread and four eggs. Perfect given we turned up around 9.30PM. Breakfast for two days! A bag of ground coffee too, and I'm a coffee but. It was yum! My only complaint was a toilet smell like body odour from a hard working tradie. It never went away. We loved the decor. The photos don't do it justice. Top tip: shut the toilet door in winter because the window can't be shut and it got so cold that first morning 😍 Loved our stay and would return, maybe in summer next time.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay for my wife's 60th birthday. Could not fault a thing. Thoroughly recommend. Will be going back next year for sure.

Such a beautiful and relaxing place to get away!! The studio had everything we needed and we loved the little touches like the fresh loaf of homemade bread, fresh butter and fresh eggs that were left for us!! Studio was comfortable and filled with lots of quirky bits of Australian history!! Definitely recommend and will be back - loved it!!!
