Close to Beach and city centre. A bit dated, skirting board missing in hallway and bed in main room is saggy. Good size for a family

Property was spacious with a well equipped kitchen and laundry. Close to Clarkes Beach...less than 5 minute walk. Only negatives were the street noise from Lawson Street and lousy WIFI connection.

Accomodation was perfect. Had everything we needed. Comfy couch and super comfy beds. Slept like a log! Right across road from the beach, not far from town, but nice and quiet. Will stay here again next time we come to Byron. Only downside was wifi was useless. Had to use our own phone data.

Please be careful of driveway to car park. very steep. we could not park in it as it was scraping the underneath of our car. Apartment in a bit dated but very spacious and clean.And an easy walk to Byron, Beach across the road is beautiful.

Slightly dated apartment (90s decor) though large & suitable for our group of 4 adults. Great location opposite the beach & a quick easy walk into the bars/restaurants of Byron Bay. The balcony was perfect for a bbq & drink, whilst watching people walk-by.

Amazing apartment, well appointed and super clean! We loved this spacious apartment located across the road from Clarke’s Beach, and a short walk to our favourite Byron cafes and the Lighthouse! We loved our stay for the well equipped kitchen (and outdoor BBQ) and overall cleanliness of the apartment! Looking forward to a return stay! Perfect for family stays, a group of friends and couples :)

We stayed for a week with our family and had a great time. We have been coming to Byron Bay for years and have stayed in many different places. We found Sea Breeze to be really comfortable and located perfectly. Right across the road from the beach and a short walk into town. We would definitely stay here again.

Old decor form the 90's, in desperate need of renovation. The apartment was not very clean, glasses etc had not been used for a long time and had dust on them. For the price we paid we expected a lot higher standard.

Great place to stay . Clean and presentable, walking distance to shops and eateries. Great beach across the road. Staff very accommodating. Will stay here again.

The apartment is excellent, spacious and comfortable. It was very clean and in good condition. The full kitchen and laundry were convenient, as were the many towels, needed for a beachside summer stay. The location is great, across the road from the beach and a 5 minute walk from town. The only problems related to the remote controls for the devices and the internet connection. Both of these problems were fixed by the operators. We would be happy to stay there again.

Unit 5 was extremely spacious with easy walk to town or beach. Staff was very accommodating and attentive. Great stay!
