由於客房已滿,所以我預定了兩種房型, 但原來兩種不同房型的位置是不同的。所以大家庭出遊要注意, 訂同一房型才能住在同一位置。 酒店客房十分寛敝, 住得很舒適。

Beautiful place is my piece of heaven

We had a lovely overnight stay in the 2 bedroom apartment. The balcony overlooking the beach was superb. Hotel was quiet and fanily friendly, ample parking, close walk to Dolphin Quay. Bathroom was a bit tired looking but other than that, couldnt fault our stay. Pool area was gorgeous.

This is our 4th stay at Seashells and we love it that’s why we keep coming back.. however, this time staying in a beachfront villa which we love.. we were faced with a few disappointments.. the 2 mornings of our stay our toaster shorted out and we had no microwave, kettle, dishwasher, toaster and a few power points went out. Although we had our switchboard reset both times it was an inconvenience and meant we couldn’t cook our breakfast, and it seemed a bit dangerous with the toaster sparking as it shorted out. Although we were going to be given a new toaster, it was too late as we were leaving that morning.. we did voice our concern and disappointment to the reception the second time we had to get the maintenance person out and at our time of checkout.. we were kind of met with “sorry about that”, but as we love being there and pay good money to stay at Seashells we were a little disappointed with the response..

Property is in good order appears to be updating furnishing However over a 2 night stay i was targeted by individuals that own apartments on the site which includes overnight short stay, constant invasion of my privacy, people dropping from above your room patio, onto my paid for property patio to attempt to gain access at approx 0500-0530 to a bedroom that is dark is just simple break & enter However after a number of very positive stays this one stay over two nights has complete and utterly destroyed any confidence of ever returning to this apartment. Your safety & security is no applicable at this apartment Absolutely horrified with my experience

Very disappointed that the special deals on rates were not given to us and as people who rarely to never have holidays and are not used to looking for these options, they were not obvious to us.

Great beach side location, close to everything with secure parking. 1 bed villa stay, spacious and well appointed. Full kitchen and dining room, private outdoor area with sun beds. Large bathroom with spa and comfy king size bed. Nespresso coffee machine a nice touch but no pods provided felt like a cheapskate mistake at this standard of establishment.

was disappointed when requested ocean view update willing to pay told none available went on whatif and found was one available got it sorted in the end

Amazing experience and beautiful moments and view.

Awesome rooms & space. Great views of areas around the dolphin quay area. Comfy bed & well presented. Only 1 downside would be the shower arrangement… bit “how ya going” with shower head over top of spa bath.. water sprays everywhere & makes a mess through bathroom.

Very friendly staff and managers. Everything is nice, clean and excellent location.

Nice size apartment with good facilities and location.

Overall, happy n satisfied with the stay. Staff was helpful n professional. Stayed 3 nights, no house keeping. However in need for re-supply of salt, peppet pkts, coffee, tea etc etc see front desk, but they operate until 6.00pm. After office tgeres a housekeeper on call. Had a power trip once, call this housrkeeper, responded n circuit rest within 10mins. In room washing machine n dryer a big boon, but for our unit the outer ventilation plastic covers keep on dropping off. Need for a knife sharpener, knifve were all blunt. No cutting board.

We enjoyed a beautiful view from our ocean view apartment, it was clean and very spacious and the heated outdoor spa was fabulous!

We really enjoyed our stay at Seashells Mandurah. The Villa was big and spacious and had a spectacular view being on the beach front. The villa was very clean and comfortably accommodated 5 of us. My only suggestion would be to update the villa as it is a little dated. Some smaller additions like lamps in the living area and bedrooms would make it feel a little more warm and homely.
