A quick trip for work at the Osborne Naval grounds. Seriously, this complex is a hidden gem in the Port Adelaide area. Brand new, all facilities, plenty of shops, even a cafe and chicken shop next door. Can't ask for more. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay but what a day we moved out of the the Quest at Mawson Lakes because the air conditioner wasn't working and the shower drain was blocking. These are brand new apartments in a convenient area but we were met with the same problem the air conditioner in the kitchen/dinning area didn't work properly and if you had the shower on as fast as would go the drain would keep up and overflow. We did have someone try and fix the air con but with no success we just stayed in the bedroom whilst at the apartment as it was 40 plus on all 3 days. Don't get me wrong great spot and everything was clean and new would stay again just not in that room.

I liked staying at Splash. It has everything needed to enjoy your stay. The only thing needed is more water pressure. You cannot run two taps at once and the hot water cylinder must be a long way from room 203 as it takes some time for hot water reach the tap which is a waste of power. I would still recommend Splash Apartments. Thanks

I stayed at the ‘Standard Apartment, 2 Bedrooms, Balcony, Beach View’ for 4nights, the stay was nice and pleasant. The apartment was very spacious and clean; quiet to stay; bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped. All the televisions had netflex, youtube, and amazon installed, so there are plenty of tv shows to watch at night. The only drawback would be not being able to see the beach from the balcony although it claims itself to be a ‘beach view ‘ unit. It may be due to the fact that the unti I stayed at was on the 1st floor

A most comfortable, clean, spacious and well appointed apartment in a convenient locality, close to cinema, shops, a variety of eating places and the beach. Easy access to parking and friendly check-in. A rare gem in a quiet, attractive sea-side location.

Gorgeous, clean, new apartment, beautifully furnished. Very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Has everything you need for a short or long stay. Only improvement I could suggest would be doonas on the beds as I’m not a fan of blankets but that’s just a personal preference. Lots of great cafes nearby for breakfast. Was a really lovely place to stay. Would highly recommend.

The Splash Apartment we stayed in was one of the best ever. Could not fault it at all. Location is perfect for beach and eateries. One dpwn point was the fact that some minor building work was being carried out but to theor credit ot didnt start untill 9am. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Wonderful modern apartment, on the quiet main street in Semaphore with a limited side view to the beach at the end of the street. The apartment is well equipped if you want to self cater, while the street has every option to eat out. The beach front area is only a 5-10 minute walk and delightful, clean white sand & safe bathing, a playground and the lovely miniature steam railway ( seasonal & weekends). Also a beach café for snacks and ice creams. Semaphore is only 30-45 minutes by train or bus from the centre of Adelaide, plus there is a major shopping mall at West Lakes about 15 minutes away, along side the international rowing lake. Port Adelaide, The Adelaide Hills, The McClaren & Barossa Valley wine regions and some lovely countryside surround Semaphore. Probably the most relaxing stop on our trip.
