Absolutely amazing! Views were out of this world, location was perfect, located close enough to everything but far enough to be quiet, staff was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in a perfect location- walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The staff was very friend and accommodating. Great buffet breakfast as well. We actually like Cairns and the hotel so much we booked 3 more nights

Wow! A great property with excellent service in a wonderful location! Checking in and out was extremely easy, and our room was ready early. The room had a nice balcony facing the water and the walk-in shower was large with good pressure and temperature control. It had so many good restaurants onsite or nearby. And the breakfast was exceptional, the best I’ve had in a hotel. Definitely include it when booking the room of when you check in.

The only thing I didn’t like about the place was the bed. The mattress was super soft, and all the pillows were too fluffy. And guess what? The bed had wheels! It was like a little rollercoaster.

The staff was excellent and cheerful. The hotel was in a great position overlooking the marina. The meals at the hotel were excellent with a great range. I would recommend Shangri-La The Marina to all friends and family. It was a very enjoyable stay.
