Easy to find , and arrival instructions clear and easy to follow. Driveway rather steep but surface good and easily managed by small hire car. Breakfast provisions excellent. very modern interior, and well finished. High western outlook, and vivid sunsets. Can be rather warm or rather cool depending on wind direction. Room has heating but no cooling. Easy walk to town but the return uphill walk would be strenuous. Plenty of parking on site.Hostess easy to contact and quite charming to meet.

we enjoyed our stay very much, friendly owners, clean comfortable room, with continental breakfast and lots of coffee and tea choices, and the best views Thoroughly recommend staying there.

Clean and spacious room. Had an amazing view overlooking the town and river. Check in was very quick and informative. Lovely location for the North west of Tasmania.

Quality accommodation. Easy to book in and beautiful views. Can't fault it.

We let us ourselves in to our room (one bedroom suite) and were visited by the resident cat which was very welcome. Soon after the owner came and gave us a run down of local information. There was a plentiful supply for our continental breakfast for two days and a wide range of kitchen gadgets. The view from the living room over the Duck River was great especially when the tide was in. The property is up a steep drive and a little away from the shops so not an easy walk. A good base for visiting Stanley (including the penguins coming ashore at night) and the Tarkine Drive (if time allows).
