CLLIX的苏打公寓

We found little flies come out from the floor drain of the washrooms. We made feedback to staff and they said it was common in the apartment and just add some insecticide to kill them. It is my first time to Australia in Dec and we did not experience such before as we are used to travel in autumns.

環境寬敞、乾淨，適合家庭出遊！交通方便！就近有開7天超市！補給家庭所需！但常衹開I 部升降機！供十幾層住客共用，實在不便！建議于繁忙時間開啟2台升降機以供使用！

位置方便，步行可到南岸公園及皇后街，提供免費車位。

The room is tidy and neat . The pantry is clean and well equipped.

The apartment is close to shops, transport, entertainment and the City. The room was carefully cleaned and the staff was very helpful. Would be our number one choice when we visit Brisbane again.

附近有超市，很方便。停車場巷子頗小要小心開。要注意open hour,平日6pm,假日5pm就下班了，晚到要到停車場的信箱拿鑰匙。

Close to everything, the premisesThe two-bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable, well-maintained. The view was good and wide. Cordelia Street is a busy road and the traffic noise was a bit loud in the morning. The only downside of tge apartment is that the second bedroom is not air-conditioned and the ceiling fan is not good enough in hot Brisbane summer nights.

The house is very clean and location is good too! Just 5 min walk to train station

我們住有廚房的房型，所有用具一應俱全；兩間房間一間有冷氣，但一間沒有，很令人納悶的設計。樓下就是有名的GELATO，超市也在對面而已。只是要走過橋才會到皇后街那一區，但橋上風景不錯，慢慢走散步很悠閒。

Quite a modern cozy hotel. Convenience to where you can find restaurant, shop & bar. With moderate price but good service.

非常棒的住宿環境，乾淨又舒適，適合帶小孩居住，床墊舒服，很棒又乾淨的公寓。離皇后街不遠，搭199公車約5分鐘即可到達。下次有機會一定會入住。

Everthing is good. Only thing is no clearing room by day as the hotel site said it have to be done before my booking seen. The car park is need up to 5 floor max.

The 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom apartment is clean and tidy although no view. However, the carpark is not very well designed as the driveway is so narrow and with columns in the middle of the way. The washing machine was not working on our day on stay, it just wet our clothes without washing, draining, or spinning, and it cannot be manually programmed. we had a hard time drying out the entire laundry in the night! Interesting that one room is air-conditioned while the other room only has a fan. Oh, and the bed is Ikea type, that the slabs underneath the mattress was not properly set upon our arrival, and the mattress went right through to the floor when we first sat down, we have to remove the mattress and fix the frame before we can sleep.

Great location, large and mostly serviceable room.

Perfect for Brisbane stay!

Comfortable apartment, well equipped and wonderful view of Brisbane skyline. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Downsides were that the rooftop pool was in shadow for much of the day, so was too cool to use. Communication with the hotel was poor - we let them know we’d be arriving after 5pm (when reception closes) and asked for check in information to be forwarded to us. This didn’t happen. We were only able to access the property by googling to find the head office number and liaising with them to get access to the apartment.

People are nice here.

Really nice apartment close to the South Bank and all the lovely bars. Check in and out was easy. Apartment have all the facilities needed

Pretty standard room to be honest. Guy on reception let me into the carpark then I got to reception and there was a note saying back soon. So I had to wait nearly 15 minutes, let he knew I was about to come and check in. Construction over the road so very loud from 7am. Tv was basic had a Netflix button but did not work. Bathroom was dirty , dirty mirror. Bed wasn’t made properly. Pool was freezing cold. Could be good as the location is ok. Just basic and there are much better options in Brisbane.
