这次入住感觉差了很多，因为商务需要，每半年会入住一次，而我们每次都会需要家庭套房。这次家庭房餐具，锅，面包烤箱都没能提供，生活很不方便，关键还有臭虫，使我们几晚没睡好，后来与前台交涉，才换了房。另外在在结算时，与我预订的价格不和，经过交涉后，再把多收的款退回，所以整体感觉不好，希望以后有所改进，不要再出现臭虫了，太可怕了。

床太軟、枱太舊、地氈汚糟。

Aircon took 3 hrs to cool the room on arrival. Also staff turned off aircon when we left the room whilst they were refeshing the towels etc .So when we returned to the room it was hot and stuffy ,not what we wanted after being out at a concert .Would have liked to come back to a cool comfortable room. Not impressed at all . Shower was like an acupuncture needles ,would be good if you had skin an elephant

Everything was clean. The toilet was a tight fit but it was convenient location for cornubia sports complex

Parking was a bit tight but didnt end up being a problem

We were pleasantly surprised at what a nice place this was . Spacious ,good location and nicely styled . Walk to nice eateries and Woolworth . Even had biscuits with the tea and coffee big plus 😉 very nice outdoor table and chairs big bonus . Excellent value and highly recommended AAA+++

Convenient stay. Clean and comfortable room with plenty of space. Front desk stay super friendly and welcoming

It was familiar as we had stayed there twice before. Very handy to shopping centre and family. Our only issue was with the air conditioner and had to report twice that it was not working.

Only downside was it said 8km to location I was travelling and it was further than that

Communication from staff was fantastic. Room was basic but clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Future customers need to know it seems a lot of indesirables are in units. They appeared to be long term. Unit next to us had 5/6 people in it . Up fighting and arguing all night. From our experience would not recommend and have asked forva refund

Great place for the night, comfy bed, easy check in , very nice room.

Room very smelly and no batteries in remote controls.

No kitchen area no cutlery apart from 2 tea spoons. 100 Dollars room bond on top of your booking fees without paying it your not staying. Had to buy a fan to push the cooler air from the air-conditioning. The photos that you see are old nothing looks like the photos apart from the reception/bar area

Nice little hotel between the city and Gold Coast. Big room with a patio. All ground floor access. Older dated interior but well kept and clean. Make sure to have you adapter for the power outlets.

I liked the cleanliness of the room.
