Rooms are clean , carpark is safe, staff friendly and the bistro is good to have a drink after a long day out.

Room was clean and functional.

Room and bathroom was very clean, great bed and pillows, well appointed. Staff were very polite and helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was awesome.

Room was comfortable, no lifts stairs only if your mobility limited, verify ground floor accessible rooms are available. Restaurant and bar close early, so no late evening night caps. Within walking distance to Coles and several restaurants.

Proximity to Canberra private hospital and very comfortable bedding.

Rooms were relly good spotless bed was comfystaff really friendly The resturant was good but i witnessed the worst case of workplace bulling I have seen he was so rude the girls were visably upset

Neat and comfortable.

Clean and spacious room. But no one gets our bin for our 2 days stay.

Staff went out of their way to help us move to a ground floor room after hubby hurt his back, (awaiting spinal surgery ,nothing to do with motel). They carried our belongings and helped hubby down the stairs. One young lady went out of her way to help in many ways, always with a smile on her face. Highly recommend

A comfortable stay with great staff. Very clean and tidy. I would stay again.

Bathroom was not an ideal configuration.

Had a great overnight stay. I always carry antiseptic wipes with me when travelling and wipe over switches, remotes, benches, and sinks and loos, as soon as I walk in the room. I very nicely surprised at how clean the room was. Cleanliness is my most important feature and I'm happy to say it was definitely that. I can handle old but must be clean. Great price, convenient location and the bar did a great job for dinner. Happy to recommend and would stay again!

Nice room, great price and good sevice

Lovely well maintained older hotel/motel. Great staff, very clean with a bit of character. Despite being a hotel, very quiet and well located next to a small shopping centre with a decent supermarket and a small collection of other shops. No toaster or microwave, while the room (lower queen room) is compact, it is well suited to a 2 or 3 day stay. Helpful staff. Recommended as a good value stay close to Woden and the Canberra Hospital.

Friendly staff, Easy check in and clean room. Convenient area to visit everything Canberra offers. Plenty of free parking. Walking distance to coles supermarket .
