Beautiful view, quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable and clean. Excellent communication from the host, and they accommodated our request for an early check in. Highly recommend staying here.

Loved our stay at the Church!

Loved our quiet & relaxed time at The Church. The garden was so peaceful & loved our visiting wrens at the kitchen window. Comfy bed & lovely furnishings! Branches on tree near outdoor setting needed trimming was the only thing otherwise, loved everything else!

Absolutely beautiful. Peaceful, serene, private and unique garden/views and stunning accommodation.

This property is delightful and charming a perfect place for a romantic get away. The hosts have thought of everything, even a complementary glass of port. The only thing that disappointed us was that there was a problem with the hot water. 2 minutes into my shower the hot just stopped. It was 10 pm the owner/ manager couldn’t be contacted. I then got a message in the morning offering us the use of the shower in the main house. Even though this happened I would still go back because it was so beautiful and private.

The accommodation is spacious and the surrounding gardens and country side is beautiful. Very comfortable

Nice little place. Beautiful garden and serenity. Expect a gravel road down to the Church. A little dusty, but that's to be expected with the wood fire - which was happily burning away when we got there, such a lovely touch. Plenty of firewood for the stay. Only stayed the one night, but it was a comfortable stay, would stay again. Diana is very lovely to chat with and doesn't take long to reply to either email or messages. Thanks for an enjoyable stay

Appearance makes you stop and think at 1st the grounds and the amenities are well kept and the unit itself is well setup n side. could do with a fresh coat of paint inside that would be due to the wood fire which was a lovely at night to watch

The stay is a pleasant experience from the first contact with Diana to checking out. You can check out the chooks and the cows. The fireplace kept us warm at night and the coffee, eggs and milk is a lovely touch. I will definitely choose this accommodation when I come back to Mudgee.

The church was perfect for two people. Close to town, nice little touches like the fire being lit when we arrived.

We stayed in the Church, with kingbed. At first sight we were surprised,as we had not seen a photo of the outside of the property, but were very happy when we opened the door & it was exactly as advertised. Also found that it was very well appointed, including 6 fresh eggs from their chooks, milk, olive oil & condiments.
