一般般，不過隔壁就是火車站 早上火車會有點吵 入住會附耳塞

沒有電梯，對於行李較多的人來說會很辛苦。沒有提供吹風機，也沒有提供轉接頭的租借，所以住在這邊的最後兩天完全沒辦法洗頭。飯店整體來說很有古典風情，也還算乾淨，但在最後要離開的時候，在床底下發現死蟑螂。沒有check-in跟check-out的櫃檯，有什麼問題只能找樓下的酒吧。交通非常方便，出車站過馬路就是旅館，而車站的另一頭就有大型超市，附近有一些韓式餐廳，生活機能算很齊全。車站本身也還算大站，離市中心不會太遠。 整體說來適合單身，輕裝的背包客住，不太適合家庭出遊時居住。特別是當同行者裡有老人或小孩的時候，會比較辛苦。

Reasonable price and clean, but check in was terrible. It took almost an hour and there was only 4 people in front of us. Not likely to return because of this.

Room was very comfortable for the few nights that I stayed. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Our stay would have been great had other guests not been smoking

Room was spotless as was the bathroom. The staff were fabulous even carrying our bags to the room

Clean and great location for getting to Olympic Park

The toilets can be cleaned more often. especially on the weekends, when there are the most people at the hotel. And the towels could be changed more often, and a chair in every room.

Room was clean, bed comfy but room lacked some basics eg no rubbish bin, no hooks to hang clothing etc. There appeared to be only one toilet/shower servicing the floor i was on, do was a bit busy. Lack of reception area meant dealing with staff over the bar, not ideal. Good value for location but hotel needs to focus more on the accommodation side of things. A lot of thuds after midnight might have been renovations/kegs? Better to choose a time when people aren't trying to sleep.

Our room was clean with new beds and clean bedding. Staff was pleasant and accomodating.

The accommodation was good & bed very comfortable, bathrooms fine. However what was not good was communication between Wotif and hotel. My Wotif booking confirmed reservation with private bathroom, however on arrival this was not the case, staff said they had not received reservation for room with private bathroom. I would have paid extra on arrival but none available. This was very unsatisfactory and will not lead to forther bookings with Wotif.

Spent an hour at check in waiting for reception to sort out the issue with my room, I paid for an en-suite room but none were available. Ended up with a shared bathroom room, no discussion about the fact I had paid for a room with an en-suite. The staff laid blame on the company I had booked it through. No one around to speak to when I checked out, the customer service is terrible and the room is pretty average and very noisy. Don’t stay here unless you have zero other choices.

Friendly staff. Affordable and pleasant accommodation.

Good price, good location, good service. But it was a bit cold a night and there wasn’t a spare blanket in the room.

The carpet was cool and the design of the bar

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The building is very old and had a strong unpleasant odor throughout. The soundproofing was nonexistent—I could hear footsteps in the hallway and doors slamming from neighboring rooms. Additionally, the shower and restroom were shared, which made the stay quite inconvenient. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

It was great and close to where I needed to be

Everything was fantastic on the day of arrival! Check in was easy, the female staff were very polite and helpful. I dined in and that experience was also great! Sadly, when I checked out, things did not go so well.

Ive paid half the price for twice as good pub accommodation elsewhere. No hot water in the private Bathroom, broken fittings, lights weren't working, room smelt stale, no tv remote, limited power points which were painted the same colour as the skirting boards, so hard to find. The only good thing about this hotel is the location to the train station. I wont be back again & dont recommend this place.

I got a room at this place because it was close to qudos stadium for a concert we were atending. Room was on the top floor, no lift. We arrived early from the airport going to be able to check in early, we were denied. The room itself was large, with a bathroom. We chose this room as i didn't want my daughter using a shared bathroom which was the only other option. The pictures used on the website didn't match the room we got, it was old, the beds were uncomfortable and horribly stained, the power points, or lack there of,, two were dangerous, one hanging out of the wall with wires exposed, and one you needed to wiggle the plug to get it to work. The staff weren't helpful, basically showed us the door and pointed the direction to go. We won't go back again, i don't think the room was worth the price we paid.
