Nice and comfortable. Great location. Clean and quiet.

I cannot believe I made the mistake of booking your hole of an establishment , my wife , her mum and myself felt disgusted when we walked into our accommodation, the blinds were ripped , the inside pillows were dirty , floorboards creaked as we walked, carpets were disgusting, and we felt totally insecure and unsafe in each room , I am a Naval veteran and stayed all over the world , your establishment is the worst I have ever come across , we left 2hrs after checking in , 3 rooms weren't slept in at all , I would sincerely ask for refund before I totally go public with this

As soon as we all walked into the foyer i knew i had made a mistake , people cooking in the communal kitchen , only 2 people allowed in elevator , and the walk down the cheaply carpeted hallway to paint peeling doors . This isnt a hotel , its an expensive hostel ,and we felt very unsafe . We walked out after checking into both our rooms , i felt sick for booking this hovel for my wife and mother , we walked out 2 hrs later to a BnB 6mins up the road And NEVER LOOKED BACK , the building should be condemmed. it was my mistake that i didnt check reviews , as a lot of people feel the same, TOTAL RIPOFF

Everything was ok

Very clean room and bathroom. Close to restaurants and city centre. Quiet.

We were two people booked into separate rooms. It would have been helpful if the entry instructions made clear that it was necessary to use each individual code at street entry to be able to access each individual room.

Unfortunately the room was absolutely filthy. The shower had moulx in some areas and x

Maintenance needed. No bowls, 1 teaspoon, 1 dinner plate, no dishcloth. Shower hose leaking, toilet seat broken, no coat hangers. Dirty wall. Otherwise ok.

A great stay and many positives, but a small thing was the remote control for the TV had no batteries and took much to work out to operate the TV. Will stay here again, but will batteries.

My room smelled awful. No parking. No nearby dining. No milk in the fridge. Soap didn’t work.

Rooms are old and dirty. The room smelt. Would not recommend.

The lack of a reception is a major drawback. This was communicated to us but when we couldn't open our door it proved a real issue. After consulting the front entry information we found the missing link to the supplied sms instructions. Our next step was to phone the supplied number. There was no tv remote and no tv controls. Unfortunately a search for it revealed the dirtiness of the room with ping balls(?) under the bed buried in copious amounts of dust. As only staying 1 night no point io complaining.

The only good was the convenient location. The room was terrible, black mould in multiple places throughout the bathroom, room smelt terrible likely due to the mould and my friend had difficulty breathing, heater wouldn't work so was freezing in the room after having the window open to try and air it out. Bed was hard and uncomfortable also. Have tried to contact the property to address the issues with this place twice with no responses. Not worth the risk to your health staying here

We left after one night as the place smelt like smoke in the hallway and the room smelt worse.

It did not match the advertisement and was overpriced. It was a dismal room with depressing view of walls and roofs and a patch of sky. The decor was grey and the bed hard. The internet did not work, nor did the extractor fan in the bathroom. A microwave was the only cooking utensil. The only plus was that it was walking distance to everything I needed.

Was under the impression i booked an apartment. Putting a fridge and microwave in a room doesnt make it an apartment. The room was dirty, the bathroom hadnt been cleaned. Dont even get me started on driving around the block for 45 mins trying to find a carpark. No lift at the venue. Aircon kept turning off after 2 hours, Smart TV remote didnt work. Creeky floorboards. The only good thing about itbwas a comfortable bed. Poor instructions on how to gain access to building and worse instructions for getting in to room

Decent place for a business stay.

The place was easy to find and the room was so nice and lovely , the only issue and draw back was trying to park my car after work any where near the place ,. All the area was taken up with cars and I was driving around and around waiting for a space to open up , parking need to be looked at please
