Had great difficulty trying to communicate prior to arrival regarding a late check. I had to ring Expedia helpdesk twice and then it was unclear as to whether we were able to receive a late check in or not as the place is locked after 5 pm. We managed to get in okay? The apartment was filthy.!! The tiled floors, balconies and furniture, glass top tables etc were all dirty. After I complained they sent a cleaner in but it was just spray and wipe. The range hood was dripping with fat and grime and splash backs needed cleaning. We were disgusted and said they would not get a good review… Rececption said sorry but no offer to deep clean. This was a real disappointment as the apartment including the building, location, beach views, shops, transport and everything else was absolutely perfect. Such a shame and I have never had to give a review like this before makes me feel awful but has to be said!

It was a great location walkable to everything. The view of the ocean from nearly every room. The parking was easy and spacious. The unit was great but the bathrooms need doing up Will stay here again

Central

Great location close to beach and Cavill Ave. In need of refurbishing, it was happening on 3 of the levels which also meant it was noisy with trades people. Not great that they make you have all the dishes washed and put away before checking out despite having a dishwasher which most places allow you to put on to wash as you walk out the door.

Definitely NOT what the brochure or reviews said. It’s an old run down building that smelt and uninviting. The apartment was worse with ants dirty socks under the lounge, dusty pictures, rusted old lamp shades that only one could be plugged in, cupboards were dirty and had left over things in them, the blankets smelt and the sheets didn’t even fit the double bed. The fridge smelt, there were no towels, tiles missing from veranda and outdoor chairs looked like they would break if sat on. Internet barely worked and neither did the clock. Definitely not what you pay for. If you can put all that aside it’s a great location a bit noisy but it’s Surfers.

Great to deal with

Worst place I have ever stayed at on the Gold Coast. Expensive old 90's flat experience.

Very poor and old apartment conditions. The property was not ready for guests. I was very disappointed, and I will never use it again.

The staff were amazing. Could not ask for a better view). The bed was extremely comfortable. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. The room itself was abit run down (cracked paint, faded balcony furniture. The room wasn’t the cleanest on arrival (hair on ground, base of toilet wasn’t cleaned -dusty and old urine run marks). The dryer kept stopping itself (which the staff were very apologetic about and got straight onto arranging a replacement). One of the fan/light control was missing (which again the staff got straight onto).

Great views, large apartment with all the appliances and plates, cutlery and cooking bits and pieces to make a meal, washing machine for clothes, etc. TV is positioned oddly to where the couch is / not in line with couch so makes watching TV a little awkward. Overall the apartment is a little dated, cigarette burns / holes in carpet and a few of the blankets also have cigarette burn holes in them too. The apartments could be brought up to scratch with a small investment from the owners.

The staff were friendly, the view was amazing, so close to everything, thank you for a great room.

The apartment was clean, modern, spacious and suited our family perfectly. The person who answered the phone was very empathetic to our situation and our request to delay check in due to my son’s seizures. Very accommodating.

Location was excellent pool was good lack of good dishes ,no washcloths ,outside patio was not very clean.

This was an older property but exceeded expectations. Great location and great views of the beach. Would stay here again.

Location is magnificent - close to restaurants, trams and beach. Property itself is dated but that is not a deal breaker for me. The view in our apartment was obscured by building in front . If booking this property ask for apartment on higher floor. Would definitely stay here again

Good location could have been cleaner and tidier

While a bit dated was perfectly located to beach, activities and transport. Pool was nice and apartment was good size. Staff were also very nice.
