It's an older motel that is getting renovated. when I checked in I was greeted by Margaret who is absolutely gorgeous. Her first sentence to me was hello, I was getting worried about you! so sweet - as it was dark and late when I arrived. (and travelling as a female on her own can be daunting) The room was just the right size for me, the heater worked well and they had a new kettle, toaster and microwave in the room so that was a win. Electric blankets on the bed as well. As I said, it's older but getting done up. I would happily stay there again.

Very comfortable bed, very clean sheets and large towels. Only teaspoon and cup but no plates and cutlery which made it difficult to use the microwave and toaster. The room has a heater, electric blanket was wonderful. I love reading but no bedside light only an overhead light. A small round table provided no chairs, at least one would be useful.

Location was ok. Family connecting room worked ok. The place is tired. It needed a few more kitchen items. The management are trying. I think with a refurb it will be a lot nicer!

Gave management a week to reply to my concerns of our stay but never responded. Listing pictures did not match the unit, other guests not declaring total staying leading to over full car parking tor other guests, management gave nothing to say except thinking the parking is being used by offsite people. Room warm warm on entry but all other aspects just makes the stay a joke.

It’s not bad for a night stay with the family. Clean and have enough space to move around. It’s mainly a place to sleep and we had a comfortable night. Heater was already on when we arrive and room has a good scent. There were spare warm blankets in the cabinet which we didn’t really need to use because of the heater. Toiletries also has a nice scent. Just that no spare toilet rolls and the one in stock is less than half. And no milk to go with the tea or coffee.

The room was very run down bathtoom especially paint peeling and why look like mould on ceiling snd the price wasnt worth even though it peek season cause of snow, and also people shouldn't be question with a service a animal either

Paid $250 for 1 night during snow season. Old, dated room, poor noise isolation, poor heating for room size, no desk. Old dated bathroom. Would not recommend this place. Definitely not worth $250! Check in staff was lovely.

on arrive the staff were fantastic, considering the amount of ppl who had arrived that evening.
The room was very suitable for what we needed clean.
We found the room to be spacious there was plenty of heating considering how cold it was outside.
Overall very comfortable after a day at the snow
