Fantastic location. Comfortable beds. Bathroom could do with an upgrade. If you are coming from overseas note that there is no front desk and you will need a phone to get the code for the door.

We booked this motel because it had a pool and it was extremely hot. We had trouble accessing the pool and when we rang to find out we were told pool access was only for guests staying in room #1. There was no shower curtain so floor got flooded and slippery. No face washers provided, no hand towel rail and carpets for stained. We paid $300 for 2 nights and wont be staying here again.

Clean room, comfortable and quite area.

We liked the room…. But was VERY disappointed because as advertised when we booked there was a pool, we were not allowed to use it… False advertising!!! One of the main reason we booked this accommodation was because of the pool. We had a very upset boy those couple of days, as pool is privately owned!!!!

15 the room was quiet clean but the bathroom needs an up grade the baths paint is peeling and to sit on the lou is difficult with the toilet roll holder sticking out and the bed was far to hard.

It was ok but the room wasn’t as good as the room I had on a previous stay even though it was same price

Parking was good, quiet surroundings & short walk to the main CBD. Didn’t receive an email re check in details prior to checking in, however, contacted property re same & was immediately sent mail details of check in. Third person bedding wasn’t set up, however, cleaner was still on site & provided me with bedding material for the sofa bed.

Got to location and rang 24hr reception and did not get a response for two hours . Not happy as you need a key code to get into room . Nobody on site ,this is not clear in advert on wotif. Room had hard rubbish furnishings. Not recommended.

Appartment we stayed in needed maintenance. No cord on blinds so we couldn't open them, dining table very unstable and not safe to use as it was a glass top. Unfortunately these appartments are not manned which we where unaware of when we booked.

Loved our apartment and the location. Definitely value for money. Modern decor and facilities were lovely. The bathroom needs a good clean as grout and shower screen had a lot of soap scum. Also the toilet bowl wasn't clean.

Clean and convenient to city centre for Coles or to beach. Only one difficulty for me is with wheelchair that I need to go up on 1/ F by stair case. Overall is good to stay with families.

Great location, comfy bed and room. However the key pad to get into the room was a little dodgy and hard to get in.

It is so close to the main area and at a reasonable price.

Well located in Glenelg

We expected an older style unit in need of a facelift. We didn’t expect a unit that was in a state of disrepair! NOT CLEAN. Bathroom ceiling had huge patch of paint/plaster coming away with what looked like mould. The vanity had a drawer taped together with packing tape and there were holes in the wall where I assume there was once a towel rail. Wall lights above both beds didn’t work. Huge amount of light comes into the bedroom from outside security lights despite the blinds. Unit 22 is only carpark not marked so you get to play guess where to park. We contacted the property with our concerns before leaving this review.

No front desk or staff at property so no mechanism to checkin aside from dodgy looking link outside hotels.com with extra fee at 4%, which doesn't align with the ACCC. Despite checkin being at 2pm, I was sent details on how to access room at 5pm.The carparking is essentially on street, not covered. Rooms are accessible directly to street. No conditioner provided. Went to use a mug and the first 3 I pulled out of the cupboard were dirty.

After 4 attempts I eventually found a clean coffee mug. The sliding door to bathroom/toilet does not completely close so it's a bit embarrassing if anybody is in the kitchen opposite. I'm sure these issues can be followed up as it's a great unit with easy access to all that Glenelg has to offer. Would definitely stay again.

Cheap and close stay to the restaurants in Glenelg. It’s honest accommodation so don’t judge it too harshly.

As usual very comfortable convenient stay at the taft never let us down just ideal for the beach and shopping.kids nice and safe and so close to playground

Location, clean safe. Difficult to get into at first - not used to codes.
