The room that i was in this time needs a cockroach treatment. It had a number of german roaches from infant to adult less the dozen i killed

First impression was it is abandoned. Room was very clean but smelt of smoke and airfreshener. Plumbing from above on our ceiling.Nice view but very tired Motel.

It is pretty basic room and amenities. It is OK for a night stay

The room was clean and tidy, but very old and run down. No one at reception, had to call a number. Initially I was told they didn't have my booking, I left then, received a txt 10 minutes later asking when I was checking in. Poorly run establishment, will never stay there again.

Room was exceptionally clean. Nice view of the river and although looking through the sliding door at the bridge coming into town, it wasnt noisy at all. Great price for a large room, although a dated property it was great, the only downfall was the bed was uncomfortable.

Room could do with some sprucing up and a new coat of paint. Air con unit was an old ratllebox and the filter looked like it had not been cleaned for over a year. We cleaned it and hey presto the unit started to function properly. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was hit and miss and at times got up such a rattle and made such a racket. Ditto for the room next door - we could hear it through the concrete walls. The attached room had a sofa and that was it. Need to put the TV on the wall in that room instead of having to lay on the bed to watch it. There was only one chair and no table. Only one set of disposable cutlery (for 2 people) and no plates or tea towel. The bed was comfortable though.

Room facilities were very very basic. No plates, bowls or cutlery. 1 chair which was very uncomfortable. The rooms are pretty small.

I was travelling from Melbourne to Brisbane but I couldn’t make it all the way and Wife and I were tired. So we went on Hotels.com and looked around the Taree area. There so many places booked out and I managed to jag this place with a couple of rooms left. The owners were easy to contact we went with the app price. The room was comfortable and clean and the other reviews were well received and priced well. So do yourself a favour and stop in a while cause I’ll be back.

Really needed maintenance, bed good but little space shower water good temperature but nothing done to to improve the general low rent ambience.

Bed was neat bathroom clean

Was initially concerned about road noise, given its immediately adjacent to the bridge. But were pleasantly surprised when we closed the windows and the the reverse cycle aircon on low, we didnt hear much at all. Very comfy bed, and ask for Room 22 which has a great deck and view over the Manning River. While the room is dated, its very functional with toaster, microwave, kettle and small fridge. Great value for money with a short walk into town.

The room looks good. the lights outside are on all night, so its safe, but the thinnest pillows, and mattress. The shower is such low flow it takes a while to wash.
