The property is centrally located and has convenient parking and a very well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is downstairs and the bedrooms are upstairs which some may find annoying. A paint job, carpet and decent furnishing and decoration would bring this place up to a premium standard, but for the price it is fine.

Great rental that is centrally located. Walking distance to downtown, with shops and restaurants just a outside your door. The rental is everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious. Plenty of room to cook and entertain. The unit also has a washer dryer which was handy. The living area has a good amount of room to relax. The bathroom is modern. Both bedrooms were good sized. Although we had a bit of a heating issue during our stay. Both bed come with heated blankets. The unit also has a reserved parking space which is convenient.

excellent location close to shops and tourist sights. we found the amenities were very good and the laundry equipment was very handy. Probably should mention on the site description that property is not suitable for people with mobility issues as stairs to bedroom could be very difficult to negotiate particularly as there are no toilet facilities on the bedroom level.

We found the house very clean and comfortable. Close to many great coffee shops and dinner options all within a 5 minute walk. Definately a great place to stay.

This is a great old house with "old house character". It has a cool old fashioned doorbell & entryway, and creaky stairs, along with super comfy beds, and nicely remodeled kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped for us to make our own meals. It was also a nice treat to have an "easy access" parking space right in front of the house. The area is very quiet at night, and we slept well. It is also a very close walk to supermarkets and that fabulous Cataract Gorge. Clare was very available and helpful when I contacted her with questions about the property. I would definitely stay here again in this sweet town!

Great location - would recommend if you need a place for two couples

Terrace on Walbourne was very nice. Clean and comfortable. The only thing I worried about were the steps steps for the children. Having to go down them at night for the bathroom was a big of a worry. But overall it was a lovely place to stay and the location was excellent. Close to cafes etc.

Nice central location could easily walk to dinner and lunch. House was wonderful and inviting which was lovely after staying in hotels for a week I felt like I was at home. Everything we needed and more was at this place. We wouldn't hesitate on returning.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious apartment. We enjoyed our stay there as the final stop of our Tasmania trip. Close to restaurants and shops. Car parking space is just right outside the wooden gate. We were given clear instruction about how to get the key of the apartment in advance, except that we were not told how to get in the wooden gate before we could enter to reach the key box (LOL). Finally we had to call all the 3 phone numbers provided before we can get help.

What a fabulous little town house. So well appointed and comfy. Fantastic size kitchen and love the provision of a laundry. Well priced and homely. Loved our stay. Very happy!!

Great house will well equipped kitchen. Only minor drawback is downstairs bathroom with bedrooms being on first floor which can be a little difficult if staying with young children but otherwise fantastic. Thanks

We loved staying at Terrace on Walbourne. It was clean, generously appointed, very comfortable with a warm and inviting charm. The position was perfect, close to all the main attractions,shops and restaurants. The owners made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would definitely choose to stay again next time we visit Launceston.

We could have adopted this lovely comfortable terrace house as our second home. Every attempt was made to make it cosy and well equipped. It is located within walking distance to all amenities. Would highly recommend for a small family or a couple wanting a home away from home experience in Launceston.
